After shipping the item back as instructed, I received an email stating that because I removed the price tag (because it was a gift), I could not return it. The style of price tags used by the store make it impossible to remove the price without removing or destroying the price tag. What's sad is they lost a customer and future sales over a ten cent price tag, that can be easily reprinted. I still have the price tag .. they never asked for it, or said it was needed.
