As the name says, hot dogs and tacos are the fare. I ordered 2 sonoran style hot dogs, and my wife had a plain hot dog with mustard. They were perfect! The buns were lightly toasted but fresh bread buns. Nothing can ruin a hot dog quicker than a stale or old bun. Tavo's doesn't make that mistake. Fresh toasted hot dog buns are perfect. The ingredients inside are even better. The hot dog is made perfect and piping hot. The ingredients on my Sonoran dog included grilled onions, diced tomatoes, whipped guacamole sauce, mustard, and more. Wow. Excellent flavors. It's tasty but not too spicy. Finished off with a fresh grilled jalapeño on the side! A bite of the pepper goes well with a bite of the hot dog, or if you don't want the spice, ignore the grilled jalapeño. The prices were excellent as well. Each hot dog is only $4. Very reasonable! You can get a hot dog with fries for just $7. This little hot dog and taco stand was a blissful little stop . This is definitely one of the best locations I have gone to food, staff, and decor wise. I normally get their burrito owl with chicken and everything on it except jalapeño. The jalapeño cream cheese is something to die for, if I could I would put it on everything. The horchata they have is delicious and the strawberry one. One thing I miss is their tres leches cakes, I think about those cakes everyday and how well done they were. I have tried numerous other ones but, have yet to find one that competes.
