I got 2 "el bigo" burritos. Supposedly huge, that's what I was banking on. I was not happy at all to see two TINY burritos. Filiberto's burritos make this place look like kids meal sized burritos. I'm not exaggerating. Second issue - I got 2 burritos - one carne asada and green chili chicken. I can't stress how surprised I was to find that the chicken was not pulled and shredded - it was literally rotisserie chicken ripped off a chicken, and thrown in a burrito. All were pretty much customizable with a choice of meat - chicken, steak, shrimp, so on. I decided on some chicken tacos; they were on corn tortillas, with chicken, pico, cilantro, and topped with chipotle aioli. I know tacos usually aren't huge but these were super tiny and there was hardly any chicken. It was nice that there were fresh toppings, the chipotle aioli was the best part. Discovered these folks at the Phoenix Pizza Festival, and quite frankly they were the best vendors there! First of all, the branding! A bright pink truck is something you don't miss. The employees were all super kind and friendly which is saying something at a food festival. Wait times are long and people are impatient as they're hungry. Regardless, Super Farm kept things moving along smoothly. What I fell in love with was their "pizzadilla." Think pizza meets quesadilla (perfect product for Arizona!). I prefer a thin, crispy pizza and Super Farm's pizzadilla delivered it. Crisp and flaky with perfectly melted cheese and pepperoni. Also the perfect meal for when you have to walk around. It was easy and convenient to eat! I wish I had tried more of their other items since pizza isn't even necessarily one of their core products. The pizzadilla was a wonderful discovery! Another truck we tried out at the Queen Creek Food Truck Festival. Ordered a Green Chili Quesadilla, and the wife got a churro. First, they are very nice. They also got the food out very quickly. Even though the wife enjoyed the churro, I wasn't that impressed with the quesadilla. First, they didn't give me that much of green chili and meat. It did have much more cheese. Even then, when I had the green chili it wasn't that great. It was just OK. However, with that said. I would like to try something else out on their menu. First time at Super Farms truck. They definitely had a Tex-Mex flair about them. I got an order of carne asada fries. It arrived about four mins after ordering. The fries were cooked just right: crispy outside, fluffy inside. They were seasoned just right and were smothered in marinated, chopped carne asada. The toppings included chopped white onions, diced tomatoes, cotija cheese, cilantro and cool, creamy, spicy, flavored crema, topped with a lime wedge. They also offered street tacos, including vegan, a huge taco bowl and frozen yogurt to cool things off. The frozen yogurt flavors were very creative. This food truck visited my work. I liked that their menu included diverse options like fries, hamburgers, and tacos. I was debating on the carne asada fries and the carne asada tacos, but decided on the tacos because it was colllddd outside and I didn't want to wait for fries to be made. The tacos were made really quickly! THat was nice, because people who ordered burgers and fries had to wait longer. I thought the price point of $8 for 3 small tacos was a bit high, $7 would have been more appropriate. Especially in comparison to the burger and fries for $9, which was a LOT more food. As for the tacos, I enjoyed the seasoning, the fresh cilantro, and the sauce. The meat quality was not great. Instead of strips of meat, like I expected with carne asada, it was more like... bits of meat? I would have preferred more strip-like cuts of meat, which is what I think of when I think carne asada. Loved that the trucks art caught our eye right off the bat amongst a sea of 50 other vendors at the taco festival today. Had the displeasure of trying to get some of their food at the Savannah Bananas game this evening. Stood in line 15-20 minutes & the line genuinely wasn't moving. They then announced they weren't taking any more orders for at least another 10 minutes as they were completely backed up & running out things. This was well before the game even started. They were completely unprepared for that large of a venue & were obviously not capable of serving food at that scale in any kind of reasonable time. We eventually had to give up & try to get food elsewhere. At least I didn't have to end up paying them $17 for a quesadilla or $22 for a flippin' burrito. Ridiculous prices. read more

This food truck is a joke. They were at the Cubs game a couple weeks ago. I waited over 45 mins for some tacos and ended up missing the first two innings of the game because they took so long. This was even with people asking for refunds. If you ever see this truck roll up and there are more than a handful of people in line, go elsewhere if you value your time. The food itself wasn't even that special. I got the veggie tacos which had 3-4 French fries and some toppings. Definitely expected more for my money. I will never again give them any more of my money and I regret not asking for a refund like some of the other folks waiting did. read more

Fabulousness! Wow, for those of you who have read my past reviews, you know that I very rarely give a five star rating. With having a 15 min wait for an order of burger and fries, this food truck still managed to deliver a fresh solid meal! Tasty was the Angus beef, melted cheddar, sauteed onions, crispy onion ring, BBQ sauce, jalapeño, tomato and lettuce. Serving size, 3 peeps can easily share I found 5 small slivers of carne asada meats. (Ok, correct me if i am wrong... but this is carne asada fries, right? I decided to edit my review and not be so brutal, however, the truth needs to be told of my experience. I was not satisfied because the burger was so small and not as advertised, which was supposed to be a 1/3lb burger and at $9 with no fries I felt ripped off. Costco patties are way bigger than this. There were no caramelized onions and jalapeno BBQ sauce. Onion rings along with fresh onion did not belong. The pics speak for themselves. Hubby and I got dinner from this food truck while at an event recently. We weren't overly impressed. He just wanted a plain hamburger. They had a green chile burger with a bunch of stuff on it as well as a BBQ burger on the menu so he just ordered the BBQ one without the sauce. They went right ahead and put the sauce on anyway. I ordered the carne asada tacos which were tiny for $9 but tasted good. Unfortunately the corn tortillas crumbled any they fell apart while I was eating them. These guys went WAY above and beyond. I ran into these fellows at Gold Rush Days in Wickenburg. I ordered the Carne Asada fries. I have some food sensitivities so I asked if there was black pepper in the Carne Asada before I ordered and the guy said "usually there is, but I'll make you some without it." He proceeded to list every other spice and ingredient, just to check, which was a good thing since paprika bugs me a little bit too. He said "I'll make you some new aeoli sauce then." SERIOUSLY??? Super Truck! We had lunch here after the farm tour. I had the cranberry chicken salad with big chunks of chicken and just enough cranberry for sweetness. Most of their food I've tried has always been VERY good, except the fries (I would imagine that would apply to anything else that they deep fry, but I cannot attest to that). The grease in the truck is so dirty that the fries come out so dark they look like sweet potato fries. The dirty grease is absorbing into the fries and making them soft and rubbery instead of juicy and crisp. This alone would've only gotten them 3 stars instead of 2, if only they hadn't lied and said their fries were so dark because of the type of potatoes they use. Just clean the grease already... The older lady with the visor that helped me was so rude and unprofessional. I had asked for a burrito with no cheese (lactose intolerant). The lady asked for my name and wrote down my order. I didn't see her write down "no cheese" so I repeated to her that I did not want cheese. She looked at me like I was an idiot and said that the cheese came on the side. Not wanting to argue, and not caring if they wasted a pinch of cheese, I had said "alright." As I waited in line to pick up my food, I saw a bunch of burritos come out with cheese inside of them, so I waited until the order line was clear and asked her if she was certain that cheese did not come in the burrito. Not listening to what I asked, she said that my burrito would be out soon. When my burrito did come out, I asked if there was cheese. She said no, annoyed. I opened it up and sure enough, there was cheese. I asked her to make another one, and she looked upset. She was so unprofessional and annoyed during the whole transaction and didn't once apologize. We showed up and asked how long it would take to serve us our food and were told 10 minutes. 40 minutes later we reminded the lady at the register that people that were in line behind us that ordered the same dish we did(they only had 3 choices) were getting there food and we had ordered before them. She said that she was sorry and that we were next. Three more people got their dishes(same one we ordered) and we went back and let the lady know we hadn't gotten our food. DON'T DO IT!!!!! Every Thursday our company hosts food trucks for all of its employees. Most of the employees here don't bring lunch on Thursday so they can buy from the truck. This week we were looking forward to this truck even though we read bad reviews of them not showing up to events due to mechanical issues. Two hours before lunch they cancelled on us due to mechanical issues. I get it that mechanical issues do happen but if it happens multiple times then maybe it's time to buy a new truck. I ordered the "Southwest Chicken Quesadilla." "-marinated pollo asada, green chilies, and queso oaxaca...$9." VERY small portion for $9. I will admit that I placed my order about 30 minutes before they were scheduled to leave, but my food was cold. The quesadilla was soggy in the middle and burned around the edges. The filling was sparse, and I rarely saw a green chili. The quesadilla itself had no distinct flavor and was bland, almost as if the chicken had been boiled in plain broth instead of "marinated." The quesadilla was topped with a large pinch of cilantro. This made it especially unpalatable. Had they listed cilantro on the menu, I could've asked them to leave it off. The salsa that my quesadilla came with was better than most, and was really fresh. Some of my coworkers ordered the "Carne Asada Fries" and ended up with steaming heaps of goodness. SUCH DISPARITY! We have tried the food from SuperFarm at several events...the Ahwatukee Farmer's Market and the Gilbert Food Court. Last night we were in Gilbert and tried their Green Chili burger. Wow...my favorite taste of the night! The burger itself has such a savory succulent juiciness...and the green chili added a nice amount of heat. Also have had their breakfast burrito which was yummy. I dealt mostly with Chelsea and she was an amazing person to work with and made the transaction so easy. The main reason why I choose them was because they cater to vegetarians! They brought everything we needed and was on time for the drop of. We had carne, chicken, and jackfruit as the protein with so much cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and all the taco toppings you can think of. Tried this food truck for the first time yesterday at Gilbert Downtown. Honestly we went there because it was the truck with the shorter line. I wonder why... First and last time we eat from here. Our food took 20 mins to be cooked. I saw 2 persons inside the truck cooking. I have no idea if they were new but they looked scared and overwhelmed. Anyway, when our food came there were no napkins, no ketchup, no dressings, sal, pepper, spices, etc. NOTHING besides a bottle of Sriracha sauce, spoons and forks. I had the fried Calamari and fennel. That's exactly what you get: a bunch of fried calamari with a pinch of fennel leaves on top. Flavor was ok, portion size was small-medium. They felt dry without anything to put them on. Disappointed. Husband had the quesadillas. Oh well. 3 small (SMALL), corn quesadillas (they were good tortillas though). Slim and greasy. Not filling at all, no fresh veggies, a joke. Husband said they tasted just ok. I saw a kid getting his quesadillas with a WTF face hahaha they are small! And finally, a hot dog with fries for our daughter. This was just a bun and a hotdog, both of them very decent tasting but that was it. No ketchup, mustard, mayo, onions, NOTHING. Bun and hot dog. Fries were super greasy. Overall not bad tasting but a very very bad experience compared to the other food trucks there. I don't think we will be eating from them again, ever. read more
