I went in after opening to get a blunt cut, and a shortening of my bang. A small Hispanic woman said she could help me. I asked if they cut womens hair, as there were 2 men in the chairs. She said yes, so I explained a bit more about my hair. She showed me on the comb how much I wanted off, an inch btw. She did a good job on the back but ruined my bangs. I had a quasi anime bang that covered most of one eye. Now I have half a Barbie bang. She asked how to shorten it and I guess I should have used more words or drawn a picture or something, because saying at an angle with points over (gestures to eyebrow, eye and cheek) was not nearly enough information for her. At the end of the cut she put something foul on my hair. It smelled like bug spray. I had to cut plans and return home to remove it. She said about 50 words to me the entire exchange including ringing me up. I've never had a stylist trim my hair dry, although she did spritz the bangs. I tipped her 5$ on a 20$ hair cut because working in the service industry sucks, working at 9am sucks. I don't know about going back. read more

Today October 16,2018 at 3:10 I went with my family to get haircuts and get my eyebrows done.My little brother was going to go take his set to get his hair cut and a blonde American gave my little brother a dirty look.Then another Hispanic family showed up and the blonde lady also gave that family a dirty look and told her kids to only get one piece of candy from the bowl in a mean and loud voice.In my opinion I believe that the blonde lady is racist against Hispanic people & she should be treating her customers better and nicer. read more

Been going to Cuts & Co. since it opened last year (and before that when they were Calicuts across the street). I always come out consistently satisfied with the attention to detail and quality of my haircut (which sets me back about $18). I started originally going to Bernie (who also does an amazing job) but eventually migrated over to Huey, the owner and proprietor of this little cool shop. He gives a great cut, takes his time, and is hilarious. The vibe is very chill and laid back, but staff is attentive. Decor is cool and Huey usually has Netflix running on a big screen for waiting customers. I've never had to wait more than 20 min and his shop is open late past 5 pm, which is great on the weekdays. Huey also carries a great line of hair products which he sell cheaper than store price, and is always down to give his take on the latest product he's carrying. Highly recommended. read more

Clean shop. Pleasant atmosphere. Courteous and skilled barbers. Our three-year-olds enjoyed their time; the staff was great with them. Afterwards, one of the barbers changed the TV to cartoons for the kids while Daddy had his hairs cut. We will certainly return. read more

The costumer service was terrible. No friendly people in site. As soon as i walked in, I was confused where to go, as no one was around the reception desk. Also, the place looks like it's under construction. The worst part of this whole experience was the waxing room. It looked like a storage room at Home Depot. Huey is very detail oriented with his haircuts. It is obvious that he enjoys what he does and is good at it. There is no 'rushing through the job' here. He has done my 19 year old daughter's 'edgy' hair style, and my 5 year old son's adorable boy haircut. Both were happy with their styles. I found this shop to be the best over all others because not only is Huey interesting to talk with and watch work, but he has a salt water aquarium that is relaxing and interesting. I took my 3 year boy to get a haircut two days ago and I loved the patience, attention and the time Huey (I'm not sure how to spell his name, but he is a young man), put in my child's hair and the way he treated him overall. I was so satisfied with my child's hair like never before that I went the next day to get a haircut for myself. I showed Huey a picture I got online with the hairstyle I wanted. As he was working in my hair, he made sure I was ok with the steps he was taking to get the hairstyle. When he was done, my hair looked as beautiful as I expected and I should say better than the picture. First thing came to my mind was "finally I found my hairstylist!". What else can I ask? No appointment needed, kids friendly and $20 for a hairstyle that I used to pay like $60 or $70 in other places that made me wait forever even though I had an appointment.
