The staff are all so friendly. I love that they all chat and laugh with customers and with each other than whole time. They seem to enjoy themselves. They do a fantastic job on my powder dipped nails. My husband and I do pedicures together every month and it never disappoints! They are very reasonably priced! read more

The first several pedis were very good. I felt like I was on Saturday Night Live when I went to my last appointment. The only people in the place were two scroungy guys sitting in the back. They told me Tom had gone to pick up his kid from school. REALLY? How long would I have to wait? One scroungy guy said he could do my pedi. REALLY? You do not look like the licensed professional I expected to see. This is such an unprofessional way for owner Tom to behave toward customers who provide him with a living. I left and never went back. read more

Called for an appointment for a pedicure and was told to come I right away. When I got there they had a chair ready for me. Always very friendly and very accommodating. I have sensitive feet and great care was taken with me. I now have "happy feet". read more

When I tell you this place is good, I mean this place is great! Lee and Tom both did my nails and they are amazing! They took their time and really pampered me. My design is handcrafted and I don't want to give the secret away because I don't want others to steal the idea but the way my nails were done, I can't even describe, just trust me when I say I don't like it here... I love it! The hotel ladies told me to try another nail salon but I accidentally ended up at ProNails and boy am I glad I did! Thank you Tom and Lee, see you in Riverside soon lol read more

Tom, Lee and Jenni are all fabulous. They take time with everyone, if a client comes late, it starts a chain reaction. Tom really works very hard to keep everyone on schedule. The salon is clean and they have all different polish services to choose from. Great pedicures , just great nail salon and I have tried many here on the CC read more

I do not recommend this place. One of my nails came off right away and a few days later others started to chip. For $20 I barely got a massage and the bare bone minimum nail care. Save your $ and do it yourself. They rushed me when their other client in early. Didn't put enough layers of nail polish. There product seemed old and they didn't do anything that was worth $20. I paid $5 for the paraffin wax that was the only thing worth it. I understand that with Covid they are understaff but they can reschedule and plan better. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon! The best dip nails I have ever had! Lina does an impeccable job, uses absolutely no UV lamps for her dip nails (as it should be!) and I easily go 3 weeks between appointments with no chipping or cracking and I am hard on my hands/nails. Lina, Jennifer & Tom are all great. I have only had my fingernails done by Lina but have had pedicures from pretty much everyone that works at the salon and they've always been great. One of the easiest 5 stars I've ever given! read more

my friend and I decided last minute while we were at work that we wanted to get our nails done. We got there 45 minutes before they closed and they happily took us in. Tom did both of our sets (dip powder acrylics) and stayed an hour after they closed to finish mine. he did an amazing job and asked us exactly how we wanted them and to show him pictures to make sure we would leave happy with the result. he also cleaned up my cuticles which no salon has ever done unless I've asked. he knows what he's doing for sure & once these acrylics grow out, I will be going back! This nail salon is professional and they do a very good job! Staff are pleasant and I find that even their regular polish stays on longer than normal (wear gloves when washing your dishes!) they honor their appointments and will call/communicate when openings or changes happen. This is my go to place! read more

I was on vacation & stopped here for a pedi & relaxation. They took us right back. I was very satisfied with my services until she started to scrub my heels & ended up cutting me 3 times. I have 2 deep cuts & 1 smaller cut.. days later I'm still trying to get them to stop hurting & hoping I don't get an infection. They also still charged me full price. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Liars !!! We called and asked if they did Gel X. They said yes. We asked if we could walk in 30 minutes. They said yes. When we got there they said no walk ins and they did not do gel X nails. They are liars and should have licensed revoked. read more

Another 20 minutes goes by and no one had even come over to help. The person doing my toes went off to help someone with a transaction. In that time 3 more people came in for appointments, still with no one to help them. At that point we decided to cut our losses and leave. So we spent 40 minutes doing nothing. I got my toe nail polish off and toenails trimmed, that's it. The person I went with had no service done at all. No one really seemed to care that we weren't being helped or that we walked out. The person doing my toes did apologize but otherwise it felt like they didn't care and they had put us in the chairs only to keep us there not to serve us. I'm incredibly disappointed as I've had great experiences here before, but being treated that way, with an appointment is unacceptable. If you didn't have enough people to serve us, tell us that. I would have happily come later in the day or at a different time instead of being treated like that. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

They also are a full service spa where they do facials, spray tans, massages, waxing, etc. My facialist was Brooke and she was absolutely phenomenal - informative, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a total pro at her craft! As someone who suffers with extremely sensitive skin, she did a great job at making my face feel wonderful without irritating it. Showed up at 3 pm for an appointment for 2 pedicures. All of the chairs were full, which was an…read moreinitial red flag. We asked how long, they said "5 minutes". Okay fine. By the time we were seated it was pushing 3:20. One person started working on my feet, while the person I was there with just sat in the chair. Another 20 minutes goes by and no one had even come over to help. The person doing my toes went off to help someone with a transaction. In that time 3 more people came in for appointments, still with no one to help them. At that point we decided to cut our losses and leave. So we spent 40 minutes doing nothing. I got my toe nail polish off and toenails trimmed, that's it. The person I went with had no service done at all. No one really seemed to care that we weren't being helped or that we walked out. The person doing my toes did apologize but otherwise it felt like they didn't care and they had put us in the chairs only to keep us there not to serve us. I'm incredibly disappointed as I've had great experiences here before, but being treated that way, with an appointment is unacceptable. If you didn't have enough people to serve us, tell us that. I would have happily come later in the day or at a different time instead of being treated like that. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

I called and left a message to book an appointment. Got a call back later that same day and received a confirmation text. I love that they don't try to answer the phone while working on clients. It makes it a way better more personal experience. Added bonus they are located next door to Starbucks for a coffee after. The business is family owned and you could see such a pride of ownership in taking care of their customers.

Today was my third visit (with Tom) and I am positive that this will be my "go to" nail salon from here on out. The nail tools are clean and there are a lot of nice added touches such as covering your hands while they are under the UV light to eliminate as much skin exposure as possible. In addition, he wraps your nails in solution to remove the old polish versus having your whole hand immersed in toxic solution. And the final result is wonderful! read more

This place was great. I really like this place. They are efficient, clean and friendly. My nails always look good. There is always someone available to help so I don't have to wait to be helped. They always accommodate my extra massages and cute designs on my nails! I am definitely coming back! read more

I bring my 94 year-old Mother-in-Law there for manicures and pedicures and they treat her like royalty! Lee is an angel, so very kind and patient in working with her. She marvels at her nails for weeks afterward showing them off to everyone! read more
