Showed up at 3 pm for an appointment for 2 pedicures. All of the chairs were full, which was an initial red flag. We asked how long, they said "5 minutes". Okay fine. By the time we were seated it was pushing 3:20. One person started working on my feet, while the person I was there with just sat in the chair. Another 20 minutes goes by and no one had even come over to help. The person doing my toes went off to help someone with a transaction. In that time 3 more people came in for appointments, still with no one to help them. At that point we decided to cut our losses and leave. So we spent 40 minutes doing nothing. I got my toe nail polish off and toenails trimmed, that's it. The person I went with had no service done at all. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No one really seemed to care that we weren't being helped or that we walked out. The person doing my toes did apologize but otherwise it felt like they didn't care and they had put us in the chairs only to keep us there not to serve us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm incredibly disappointed as I've had great experiences here before, but being treated that way, with an appointment is unacceptable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you didn't have enough people to serve us, tell us that. I would have happily come later in the day or at a different time instead of being treated like that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately we won't be returning. read more

Walked in for a full set of gel extensions with pearl white chrome and they were able to sit me in quickly! I got Jimmy who was wonderful and delicate with my nails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He offered me drinks, had great a conversation, and made the picture I showed him come to life![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely coming back again and requesting him from now on. :) read more

Paully did an excellent job on my toes a couple times. Meghan did a great job on my nails. Katy- I will not use again. She did my manicure in a big rush (even though I had scheduled this appointment several days in advance). She cut my cuticles completely. I was distracted because I was talking to a friend. I did not realize until it was too late. She made two of my cuticles bleed. One pretty badly. Seemed like all she cared about was going as fast as possible. Very disappointing! Their service has texted me twice today to remind me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Showed up ten minutes early and checked in - she asked my name twice and scowled- so not sure if she could find it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ten minutes later they put me in chair and ran the water. Half an hour after the appointment time no one had said another word to me and the five staff were still all working on the same five customers. Five more people were waiting behind me. I left the by-now cold water and drove down the street to the next salon. Ten minutes after leaving there, someone is working on my toes. This place is the best place to get your nails done anywhere on the Central Coast. I highly recommend people to drive from San Luis or Santa Maria. BEST FOOT MASSAGE EVER FROM KATIE. She is a foot wizard. Nice clean nail salon with great massage chairs and heated seats. I was thankful they squeezed me in same day as calling. Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted and got some funny looks as I walked in. Almost walked out due to feeling uncomfortable but I really needed my nails done and it was my only free evening before my event. As I'm picking out colors I had to use my phone flashlight because the lighting was so dim. Not ideal. They did my pedicure and nails at the same time which was fine but I didn't get to use their really nice fancy massage chairs too long to avoid the shaking while she did my nails. But I will say these chairs were amazing! Pedicure was good. Nothing epic but I got the base level pedicure. Nails.... It looks like I did them myself. You can't really see details while you're in there because of the lighting. But today man I see every flaw and there is a lot. Pretty disappointed. They did gel extensions and a gel pedicure. It was $120 and I tipped for exceptional service with mediocre results. I will not be returning. I blame myself for not inspecting better before I left. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Made a same day appointment to have a much needed nails and pedicure service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Upon arrival I sized up the shop, the atmosphere was calming and clean. Mostly I noticed how busy they were, every nail chair was occupied BUT no crazy loud chatter! When technicians spoke to each other it was very soft spoken. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Met Jimmy, a friendly pleasant manager seated my daughter and I to begin our pedicures in the foot baths.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I chose the lavender package and Jimmy went to work. His hands were soothing, gentle and efficient. The 5 minute massage was amazing, about put me to sleep!! As Jimmy was doing my pedicure his lovely wife Katie started working on the mess of my nails. 2 months grow out, 3 nails completely gone and one lifting. Katie was confident and efficient, never hurting me at any time. She replaced the 3 with clear tips and began shaping to my desired length and prepping for a French tip color. Jimmy finished my nails to my delight, beautiful French tip look with Crome overlay. When finished Katie waxed my eyebrows! Very satisfied and happy with my service! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I will definitely be going back to support this business ... oh, did I mention I had brought my little girl Pomeranian? She was very welcomed. Jimmy provided water and a cup to give her water as well as myself[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. They do offer a variety of beverages, wine and made right there several choices of margaritas! Nail salon was bright, clean and organized. Layout was good, pedicure/massage chairs are great. There are multiple pedicure options to choose from starting out at $40. That being said we had made an appointment the day prior and still had to wait almost half an hour to be seated. Our technicians once seated were pleasant but the pedicures were standard and after having waited as long as we had we were pretty underwhelmed. Do not have any intention of returning. read more

I got a gel mani and gel pedi here earlier in the week. I love how it came out. The color of 088. Done by Lee. Other places trim too much skin around my nails and it looks good initially but over time it gets very rough. I asked for no trimming the skin around the nails. The vibe is very chill here. Jillian made me feel comfortable as soon as I got into the room. She literally talks to you and makes you laugh the entire time, and it's done before you know it. My first Brazilian with her was the best experience ever. I felt nothing! Painless. I was shocked on how easy and fast it was. So basically everyone who documents their Brazilian wax on YouTube either is dehydrated or has a really bad waxer, or both. ‍ Jillian gives you recommendations on products to help with your skin and hair - which all work by the way!
