I explained the situation to her and she said unless I could show her an email showing the 50% off there was nothing she could do. Well, I know that's a bunch of BS because the supervisor she could do anything to override that system. They have my email they have my phone number and obviously I was in their computer because they had my appointment. So why didn't they have my discount in there. What they want up doing was costing my hairstylist her tip because I refuse to leave a tip. And the worst part is because I'm going to chemotherapy that my hair a lot and because of that instead of getting my haircut every six weeks I don't get my haircut for three months. So I was planning on paying the full price anyway, but that other $17 was gonna be the tip for my hairstylist because I don't see her that much anymore and it's the holiday season. So not only did they screw me by not honoring the 50% off, but they cost again my hairstylist her tip. And I will never go back there again, so it cost them a customer.

We say sure how about early evening or Monday because we have lunch plans with family. He says it's ok let's keep our scheduled time of 11:30am. Joe arrives at 12pm. Although the appointment was with Joe - Joe handed his client to his brother!!! Haircut went until 1:30pm. Unfortunately my 12 year old son went without me otherwise we would have left long before 12pm. I think that Joe and his brother were unprofessional. They locked the salon's door (a small space inside of a larger salon rental hall) while giving a haircut to a 12 year old boy- I think that's weird. On top of that we think that the haircut is terrible and he added a line that was never requested - a photo was presented of the desired haircut. We think that it's incredibly disappointing because my son found Joe online and went to him a few weeks ago. We returned because of that experience.
