You don't have to wait or have other patrons there as it is one on one by appointment only. Jess is very pleasant, professional and most importantly, is an extremely skilled barber. She takes her time and it's clear that she knows what she is doing. I've had a gamut of very good to very bad haircuts in my lifetime and Jess is definitely of the upper echelon of cutting ability. We say sure how about early evening or Monday because we have lunch plans with family. He says it's ok let's keep our scheduled time of 11:30am. Joe arrives at 12pm. Although the appointment was with Joe - Joe handed his client to his brother!!! Haircut went until 1:30pm. Unfortunately my 12 year old son went without me otherwise we would have left long before 12pm. I think that Joe and his brother were unprofessional. They locked the salon's door (a small space inside of a larger salon rental hall) while giving a haircut to a 12 year old boy- I think that's weird. On top of that we think that the haircut is terrible and he added a line that was never requested - a photo was presented of the desired haircut. We think that it's incredibly disappointing because my son found Joe online and went to him a few weeks ago. We returned because of that experience. Bottom line - We think that Joe and his brother lack professionalism and are incredibly disrespectful.
