Due to wearing glasses, I couldn't really see want she was doing. When I put my glasses on, I was shocked. She didn't listen to what I wanted and now I am stuck with a horrible cut that will take me months to grow out. She knew I was mad and said there was no charge for the cut....well thanks, you ruined it and now I have to deal with it. Of course, it's the day before Thanksgiving where I will be around all my family and I'm mortified. I know it's just hair and I usually don't care, but there is nothing I can do about it. There is no way to style it and I look like a guy now. Thank you Kyrsten for such a hack Job. You should go back for training.
