Our first new kitchen had to be perfect. Jenni sent us an email with an amazing granite slab called Crescent Veil. Then came the scheduling of installation. We were like kids waiting. Jenni got our tops installed early, a week before Christmas. There was a small glitch but Jenni is a pro and sent the right guy. Blake arrived and took care of everything. We purchased cabinets for our Laundry Room thru Cabinets To Go in Panama City. They subbed out the…read morecountertops to Rio Stone Group to install. The installers who barely could communicate with you as they didn't speak good English cut our the support boards in the sink base to install the sink. They did not bring the correct tools to do the job and used mine. When finished they left their mess. Didn't even clean up after themselves. They also broke the sliders on one of the drawers, threw the parts from it away or took them with them and didn't even tell us. The one picture attached shows the ball bearings and supports that hold them in missing. The second picture shows what it should look like. I called for the owner of RIO Stone Group. I felt it was important for him to know and understand they type of work his employees were doing. Needless to say I got the run around from their employees and never received a call back from the Operations Manager or Owner. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Found out I…read morehad pretty bad leak into the guest bedroom that soaked about a third of the carpet and hardwood in the hallway. Cut off the main and called 2-10 to get a supposedly Supreme Coverage claim for this leak. Anyway, they assigned this company. The date the initially tried schedule was not possible, so someone came yesterday, 4/28/26. The young man came in, no tools, no notes, no bag. He walks in and asks did I shut off the main supply, which I did days ago when the leak was discovered. He went and turn the main back on. Came back and said, Oh Wow that's a slab leak. A slab what? What is that? And it was like blood in the water from then on out. Oh yeah, I just left another home right up the street that has the same issues. Don't see how he seen all of that without any equipment. Then he stated that a specialist would be coming out within the next 24-48 hours to pinpoint the slab leak. He stated that it's not that bad of a leak and I can leave the water on and do what I normally do until the specialist comes to pinpoint the leak, so I did (which helped proved the leak was actually coming from inside the walls and not the slab!) Have plenty of photos and videos (technology!) By the end of business today, I suddenly get a response from 2-10 stating that the report from the contractor was submitted to them earlier, wait what? What report? I'm under the assumption this so called report couldn't be done until their specialist pinpoint the leak. Red Flags!!!!! Then the only thing out of the entire estimate they were going to cover was $500 and I was stuck out of pocket for the remainder of a $4,600 estimate because they did not cover the equipment and labor of busting up the slab and repairs. Wait....what happened to the specialists? How did you blindly accept that outrageous estimate with hearing anything from the customer? Then a poultry $500 after 10 years of paying you monthly premiums! Clearly it is a grift, by both the warranty company and this contractor. When trying to get clarification, the ghost you. I'll be getting a second opinion in the morning and contacting legal counsel. Run don't walk and take heed to out reviews and ask for another vendor if you have any Warranty Company that suggests this company or just save up, pay out of pocket and avoid these grifters all together. I'll pray for them and I thank God for exposing the. He closed this door to help me avoid a disaster and I pray the one who reads this (because if you are there's a reason) take heed and walk away.
