Our first new kitchen had to be perfect. Jenni sent us an email with an amazing granite slab called Crescent Veil. Then came the scheduling of installation. We were like kids waiting. Jenni got our tops installed early, a week before Christmas. There was a small glitch but Jenni is a pro and sent the right guy. Blake arrived and took care of everything. He's very good at his job and he loves his career. Our kitchen is amazing largely because of these countertops. Alabama Kitchen and Bath is amazing, I'm so glad we got handled by them.

The installers who barely could communicate with you as they didn't speak good English cut our the support boards in the sink base to install the sink. They did not bring the correct tools to do the job and used mine. When finished they left their mess. Didn't even clean up after themselves. They also broke the sliders on one of the drawers, threw the parts from it away or took them with them and didn't even tell us. The one picture attached shows the ball bearings and supports that hold them in missing. The second picture shows what it should look like. I called for the owner of RIO Stone Group. I felt it was important for him to know and understand they type of work his employees were doing. Needless to say I got the run around from their employees and never received a call back from the Operations Manager or Owner. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

I really thought they did a good job other than putting flooring over a vent, not fixing under a double door, not leveling in sone areas when they had agreed to do all of that plus they charged to move furniture n moved my Granite kitchen Island n put it outside wrapped up in plastic, due to fact that it weighed so much we were unable to move it bk inside, my island was destroyed n the granite broke in three places, so I with held the final 2000 payment, my granite top was 41x52 inches n cost more than 2000, I'm being threatened with a work lein, plus HRS billed me for 1,600 to refer their own busisness to me! When I reported the damage, the company falsely claimed that he did not scratch the inside of the toilet--unbelievable. After persistent efforts and multiple emails, they finally agreed to replace my toilet with one they said was equivalent to the damaged one. However, the replacement was nowhere near the same quality or value. Despite my attempts to follow up via calls and emails, I received no response from their service manager, Steve, who initially was unwilling to replace the toilet in the first place. I even requested to speak with the owner, but no one has responded. This has caused a significant inconvenience and frustration. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was willing to pay the difference to get a replacement comparable to what was damaged, even though it's their fault I shouldn't have to, but I was exhausted from the back-and-forth.
