In the past, LICC renovated our kitchen and built us a deck so when we bought our new house, there was no question what company we were going to use. This was a major project. They gutted the house, built an extension and remodeled both the downstairs and upstairs of our home. They installed a new hvac system, all new floors, light fixtures, windows and cabinets, They took down walls, built a new banister for the staircase, refaced my fireplace and built a new front door.. John helped us design the home of our dreams. He is the most amazing contractor. He handled everything. He dealt with the town for our permits, took care of electric, plumbing, hvac, installation etc. John doesn't cut corners. He was hands on from the beginning until our house was complete. He showed up and made sure everything was completed in the time frame he said it would be completed. We trust him completely. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was on point. John's crew was respectful, skilled and attentive. They answered any questions as they came up.. His office staff helped me pick out fixtures and colors and were always available to discuss my ideas for decorating my house. We are beyond happy in our home. LICC did an amazing job. We would recommend them without any reservations. Throughout, John was communicative and transparent, and his contractors were of the highest quality. And importantly for us, John understood our open concept vision from day one -- it was like he could read our minds. Among other things: * John helped us discover what was possible to do with the house. After tearing down the walls, he worked with an architect to figure out whether it was possible to vault the ceilings and how. * John pushed back on our ideas when they would have been too expensive for our budget, or overall not worth the money. He worked with us to find different, but equally gorgeous, ways to solve the same problem. * John ran a tight ship, and made clear when we had to pick out doors, materials, etc. This helped the project run on schedule (though of course there were inevitable delays with supplies due to Covid). * When some items were damaged in transit, John worked with suppliers to get replacements ASAP. * When we needed additional work done (e.g. to plan the backyard), John recommended other contractors, all of which have been professional and of high quality. * There was never any doubt how much anything would cost or when we'd be charged. When unexpected issues came up, John was clear and transparent about what our options were and worked with us to decide how to proceed. After the initial renovation, we continued to work with John to renovate our back yard and pool, and have recommended him to multiple friends who are doing similar projects.

He is a stickler for doing things right and his meticulousness gave us great peace of mind. Extremely professional, paid attention to detail, always on time, kept their word and made my vision come true! I had my basement renovated, some of the things I had done were : added some recessed lighting, painting, flooring in my laundry room, finished my closets, changed all hardware, added a sink, plastering and mounting TVs and my floating Vanity. Oh and I was really blown away when he created the wooden floating shelves I wanted... from SCRATCH! They are absolutely stunning and everyone who's seen them thus far ask me where I bought them! Their framers and other initial work is nice and clean and even these guys even do a good job but their finishing is terrible. They don't hang doors properly, their trim work is horrible and you can see gaps everywhere and dont even get me started on the swinging doors they hung in cupboards. Their finished work is really poor and its a shame as they start of well. When you complain Robert (the owner) does not do anything other than make excuses and try's to buy time. Once he has your money he will not come back.

I wrote him a 5 star review and then followed up several times regarding the stairwell. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company. Also his main foreman was on drugs slurring his words constantly. His subs are hats but most importantly I gave this guy almost 200,000$ I asked how much to side my main house to match exstension he built he said 15,000$ I had it done for $6300 from another company in 1 day which took his workers 2 weeks. Additionally, portions of my roof are flat and there were a couple of unexpected issues due to shortcuts taken by previous roofers. Larry, the owner of AllWays, does not take shortcuts and ensures that the work is done properly. He had his crew strip all of the old, shoddy materials from these sections of roof and rebuild them to provide better drainage. In addition to the roof, Larry saved my old shed by replacing all of the rotted wood, added a new roof and doors, and installed siding, making the shed look brand new. Larry is very accommodating and a true professional. I highly recommend AllWays Construction for all roofing and construction needs.
