We went at 9:45pm on Sunday night and the front desk was empty. It's a 24 hour gym so that should never happen. For whatever freaking reason the front doors were locked. She tried using her card to open it probably 30 times but it didn't work. It didn't even give an error....the scanner just isn't real lol so there's no way to get in. We tried knocking on the door but it's blacked out so no one could see us. I then tried calling the front desk multiple times but it went straight to voicemail. It looks cheap and the service shows it. There was a car outside with two other who also told us they had been trying to get in as early as 9:15 but they couldn't either.

Then they started blaring the alarm as if to rush us out. The first time was understandable, 15 minutes before close. The second went on for about 2 ear piercing minutes. It was overkill, and the employees looked like they enjoyed doing it. I'm going to come on a different night and see if they operate any different., otherwise I'll be heading this up to corporate. No one in 2026 pays for a gym membership to make the last 20 minutes of their workout annoying and subpar.

There must be rampant theft here. Although staff is friendly and the interior is relatively clean, I will not return here. I don't want to have to constantly watch my back while I am working out.
