One slight complaint is that some of us were given sup paddles that were relatively straight instead of angled forward. These maybe are easier for beginners or casual paddling? I think if you are used to paddling with the angled forward paddle make sure to request it because they have both.

This company has been an absolute failure when it comes to customer support, communication, and basic account management. Instead of resolving a legitimate billing issue caused by their own system failures, they've chosen to harass a former customer over charges that should never have existed in the first place. At this point, I'd rather just pay the money and never deal with this gym or ABC Fitness Solutions again. That's how exhausting and frustrating this entire process has been. Avoid if you value transparent billing practices or competent customer service.

There is a wide array of classes, such as yoga, pilates-focus, meditation, salsa. There are various styles of yoga, such as hot, standard, restorative, etc. There are several different instructors and they are all excellent and they all know what they are doing. The owner Maria, is a sweetheart with a good sense of humor and a gentle spirit. The schedule is very flexible as there are classes during the day, evening, and several on Saturday morning. It's a very friendly place as the instructors usually introduce all the new members. Classes are usually small and it's a very nicely appointed and pretty room. There are mats, weights, blankets, exercise balls and other props and always enough for everyone. They offer different workshops from time-to-time. They also offer additional services such as Reiki, nutrition and Foot Reflexology. It's a great place.
