I have a Craftsman lawn tractor, Kohler Pro 25 HP V - Twin that quit running. My wife found Manny via great reviews on platforms like Yelp. We didn't know Manny from "Adam", but decided to go with him based on his excellent reviews and the fact he would come to us. We scheduled with Manny on a Saturday. He was good enough to call prior to his arrival to inform us he would be delayed, as the job he was currently at was taking a bit longer to complete. This was much appreciated as I didn't have to call him! When he arrived he got to work accessing the problem and determined the carburetor needed to be rebuilt and fuel line replaced. The tractor had not been started since last season and Manny took the time to look at a few other issues and gave me tips on how to mitigate future potential problems, to include minor maintenance that I can perform. He also replaced the three blades that were absolutely worn out. The tractor fired up and I was back in business taking care of clearing a few acres of weeds! About 2 weeks later I noticed a fuel leak and called Manny. He came back out today and corrected the issue, to include adjusting the choke so it would function better. He was upfront on pricing and was honest in dealing with me, which is a big deal! It is difficult nowadays to find the service that Manny performs, along with his value added customer service. Absolutely amazing! We have a nice lawnmower but it's been sitting for years while we had a gardener. My 24HP tractor decided to quit running so I did all the basic troubleshooting & even replaced several suspected parts, including the carburetor as I could tell it was a fuel delivery problem. Nothing worked so I got in touch with Manny. He quickly diagnosed it as a bad fuel issue. It had actually turned to jelly in the carb. even though I always use Stabil. He told me how to keep it running good. I feel like his price was good so no complaints there, especially considering he came to my place and he honored his quoted price.
