I have an older reel Mower that needed the blades sharpened. I took it in and paid the extra couple bucks to get the quick turnaround, well worth it. They had it done on time and gave me a courtesy call to let me know when to pick it up. They even fired it up, checked the fluids and made some adjustments to the engine. I took my power washer in for warranty repair and they said the items that were not working were probably not going to be covered under warranty. They took the time to fully explain the two problems. First, a little calcium build up in the pump. Second, a little dirt in the gas / carb. They said while they were looking at the first problem, they were able to clean it up a bit (since it wasn't too bad) and get it working. Thank you. The second issue must have been my fault since I'm the only one that used it. The manufacturer did NOT have an inline gas filter, which I think is a terrible design. Anyways, they offered to fix my PW for a reasonable price and had it completed in a couple days. It did take them a while to diagnose the problem, but luckily I wasn't in a huge hurry. read more
