I had a kitchen clog that was a grease clog, probably building up for years. This first company came out and quoted me around $2800. There's no outside outlet, and they said a pan couldn't go under the sink pipes and shelf, because it wouldn't fit and their bucket wouldn't fit. They snaked it fifteen feet, which didn't reach the the clog in the pipe and only moved the clog around, making it worse clogging the sink almost completely. So I went on a site, got neighbors recommendations, and I called Chris, at DR CLOG., who was highly recommended.. Of course he shook his head when I told him about the outrageous over 2K price I was quoted. He ran his line 50 feet, reaching, cleaning out & clearing the clog. For around in the neighborhood of a couple hundred dollars , he did an excellent job. He was nice. He was friendly, very knowledgeable. He's really a nice guy as well. I have found my forever plumber. I found him honest, reasonable and he was very pleasant. Happy to answer any questions for me. I'm so very glad to help a small business owner & to find a forever plumber. DR CLOG! It certainly pays to get a second opinion or more.

Feeling sorry for him with putting in so much time and driving, I gave him $200 for his costs/time and I was ready to pay in full once the fridge was repaired. I had used Steven before and all was good, not technical - replaced the gaskets on the fridge. Now he has filed a lien on the property. It will be a 'cold day in hell' before he gets a dime more. I should take him to small claims for my $200. Like his ad says 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back!!! I definitely will file a complaint to Consumer Affairs
