    If I could give zero stars, I would. This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business…read morewith. They do not return phone calls, provide misleading information, and fail to follow through on what they promise. My husband, who has dementia, signed a contract. I contacted the owner the very next day, explained the situation, and requested to be released. He spoke with me at length and said he would call me back--but never did. Despite multiple messages, I never received a response, and we were left stuck in the contract. To make matters worse, the contract auto-renews. It also took several requests before they finally provided us with a copy of the agreement. Based on my experience, I found this company to be unresponsive, untrustworthy and unethical. I would strongly advise others to not use them!

The yard never improved but they were able to cut and trip both the front and back yards. It is this year where I am highly unsatisfied. Fiscally, I am not in the same situation as I was before. They sent me an invoice (after business hours). for the upcoming season. I informed them that I am unable to retain their services and they refused to change anything. Within 3 days, they had already withdrawn over 1400.00 ( after work hours) out of my account without my permission. I emailed and they refused to change anything. I later called and they never called me back. I do not recommend this company at all. I am retracting my previous review and giving you warning, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Previously, I wanted to speak with a representative and followed the address given. It is not an address of any building other than a high- rise residential downtown off of 17th st. When I called to ask exactly where the shop was, they were upset that I was trying to find the address. They are definitely not interested in a good customer service. Finally, I tried to look up their business on the BBB of Denver. They are not listed. All flags I think you should consider before you move forward.

    Can't complain about Best Yard's service as they're insanely responsive, have a very quick turn…read morearound time (you can schedule them to come the following day- or at least that was the case for me), truly listened to what we needed and wanted done with our property and supplied us with extremely hard workers! The only reason why I took a star off is because I didn't notice ANYTHING when it came to weed control, even though I was notified a few different times that someone was coming to our house to take care of them (I think they came three times). This isn't a deal breaker for me, so we will probably use BestYard again in the Spring!

    14 years with Chris Dominy's (the owner/operator) company. 2024 was the first year we ever had any…read morereal issue them (they were terrible at letting me know they were onsite post pandemic, but the work they did was always solid... and prior to then, they were absolute rockstars), and the problem ultimately turned out to be Chris and his lack of customer resolution skills, in my opinion. One of his techs tore out a section of lawn edging (photos included) when he aerated our lawn on 11 Jun 24, leaving a 2 to 3 foot section of torn and chewed metal exposed and hanging above the lawn edge for kids and HOA's alike... and never bothering to mention it. The tech scooted on me after damaging the property. Having had plenty of experience with managing tech's of a different sort, I can forgive odd personnel issues. Chris actually contacted me the day prior, but the question was if the Tech had ever even come out, to which I replied the negative, but then discovered the damage and aeration evidence that following morning, and sent him the photos you see attached. What can't be forgiven was Chris's response. It took him 2 full weeks to send out somebody to repair it. I got excuses, including him being on a trip out of town, but long story short, it was not until 24 Jun that I saw the repair. After only 3 (professional and polite) emails asking for an update (which I only started to send after a week of silence following "I'll look into it"), it was clear that I was a very serious inconvenience to Chris at this point, for wanting him to make good on his tech's error. The repair itself, no complaints. Chris emailed me personally yesterday, to inform me that his company no longer services my area. Honestly, it felt like I was fired as a customer in retaliation for this experience. Either way, I was already looking into a replacement for BestYard.
