Nail technician did an amazing job correcting previous ugly and chunky builder manicure. I never shared that I was unhappy with previous manicure so was completely impressed that she checked in with me -multiple- times to make sure I was happy with shape, color and texture of her manicure. I have now had my hair done by both and have been equally satisfied. The shop is clean, sleek, and relaxing with continued improvements seemingly every time I come in. For many months I had Lori cutting my hair. She was very knowledgeable about current trends and executed very well. Recently, I stopped in and after selecting a preference for either employee I ended up at Philip's station. I was honestly a bit nervous after having had positive experiences with Lori but Philip was fantastic! He took immense care in what he was doing and I ended up with a great cut and beard trim. I did notice another review claiming high prices and I highly refute that statement. My haircut and beard trim took around 45 minutes and cost me $18 before tip. Extremely reasonable and CHEAPER than chain locations that bust out cuts as fast as they can. I know this establishment has begun the process of getting its liquor license to add a true gentleman salon feel. They have also recently purchased a humidor in hopes of stocking fine cigars (to be consumed off-site). These additions will further my enthusiasm for this establishment.

Ashley did not ask my wife if she wanted any nail polish even though we paid for it in the package. Ashley left the room and told my wife to just enjoy the massage chair. Ashley totally disappeared. I had Hannah, who did well with me. She did everything that we paid for. While my pedicure was getting finished, I was already feeling anxious because I noticed Ashley left twenty minutes early, she came back and asked in front of everyone how we were paying and how much of a tip we wanted to leave her. I was so uncomfortable. After I paid, while still getting my pedicure mind you, she just disappeared again. I wanted to talk to her about her hospitality after I was finished but I couldn't find her anywhere. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Also there were ants in the bathroom all over the sink which is not what I wanted to see while I'm trying to get a spa experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.
