Call the Salon when you are ready to reschedule". When I called, later that same day, the person answering the phone knew nothing (typical of this place) & then the owner texted, didn't have the guts to call & she wrote...that too much time had passed (what an idiot, it was on her time) & b/c of the cancellations (only one (1) cancellation), I could reschedule, but I would have to pay full price. What a psycho! DON'T GO! THEY ARE NO GOOD! I also paid about $400! DON'T DO IT!!! They should be ashamed of themselves, but they take your money & send you out, looking like a complete mess! Their prices are reasonable and it's relatively easy to get an appointment on short notice, of course around holidays are a bit more challenging but that's to be expected. I would definitely recommend them for even the fussiest clients, like me.
