Originally went in for State Inspection, left with 2 broken oil plugs & an bill! After inspection I…read moredecided to get oil change. Waited about 3 hrs when they finally came to me and said the oil drain plug stripped & they're gonna charge me $170.00 for pan plus $79.95 for oil change. Being a bit naive I finally said "Ok". Then called my attorney brother-in-law and a friend who worked for Jiffy Lube for years. They both said Steve Shannon is responsible for the damaged, stripped plug not me. I told them what I was advised and they tried to say it was "worn out" and they're not responsible for stripping it while taking it apart. Eventually the supervisor said they'll cover the cost, but told me "Don't come in here ever again"! I waited another hour for an oil pan to be picked up and installed. They came to me again & said they broke one (of 3) "clips" on the new pan and had to order another pan. This is on a weekend so they had to drive me home & I went without a car for 3 days. Got car back on 1-5-26 and oil light was on. I contacted the Owner, Herb Shannon who referred me to the DM. Told them I should NOT have to pay for the oil change after all the issues and they disagreed. They offered a future "free" oil change but then they re-nigged on that. I was told to bring my car back in to find out why oil light was on. Brought it to another location and found that I was 1.5 quarts short of oil! The guy there was nice, added oil but I'll never go back. I gave them the opportunity to make it right by refunding me for the botched oil change, compensate for lost time, NO CAR for 3 days & damaging my oil plug but they refused. You choose where you'll go but I don't recommend Steve Shannon Tires.

Superior Customer Service! I had picked up a new RV in Ohio…read moreand was traveling back to NH when a "Tire Pressure Sensor Fault" light came on my dash. I stopped at the TA off the exit and they sent me to Shannon's. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted and explained my situation. Everyone was friendly. They took me in right away and check all the tire's pressures. One tire needed air and they filled for me. Everyone is kind and very helpful! I was so glad they were willing to help me because I didn't want to drive the RV if there was something wrong with the tires.

The gentleman of the counter stated that my appointment is not until 10 AM. All was OK because they said they could get me in immediately. An hour after I showed up, they came to me and showed me a possible bill for almost $1300 for everything that my car needed. I stated that I only wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Another 30 minutes goes by and I have to ask if my vehicle is almost done, The gentleman at the counter states that my vehicle should be done soon. After almost 2 hours there, my vehicle is finally done, and I'm ready to leave. I then get in my vehicle and they couldn't even replace the sticker or update my oil life in my vehicle. I went back in and informed them of this. The lady behind the counter (not a technician) comes out after writing the new miles on the sticker, peels the old sticker off and replaces it. All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!!! Place looks great. Service doesn't come close. Also, maybe tell the gentleman behind the counter to correct his attitude. I won't be back.

Scheduled and appointment to look at the vehicle as we had to drive 2 hours to get there. I was told to meet "Nate" when I got there. I called before leaving to verify the vehicle was still there and the exact location. When arriving two hours later, I walked in the store and asked for Nate. Nate wasn't there. I told the guy that greeted me why I was there and he had no clue what I was talking about. After an hour of searching and phone calls the manager finally had to admit the car was not at that location but another location and was sold. So I'm busy calculating the time(6 Hrs) mileage(214), and expenses($65 at Applebee's to soothe my wife)I incurred for the incompetence of a unprofessional "Family owned" business.

I needed tires installed, an alignment, rear brakes & rotors, and an oil change. The New Garage invited me to bring in my car that day so they could take a look and show me exactly what I needed - and didn't need. After doing so, they explained everything to me in great detail, answering my numerous questions, and even spoke to my dad (an auto enthusiast who, even at 39, I respect above everyone on all things car) on the phone. The mechanics fit me in the schedule immediately following delivery of my VW's new shoes from Tire Rack and had the job completed in a matter of hours. These men were kind, reasonably priced (I called around to get multiple quotes), and very accommodating. I appreciated being treated respectfully and fairly & I highly recommend them!!! You should definitely give these guys your business!!!! You will not regret it....
