It seems like they take strides to invite local places to sample their spirits, which I appreciated. The staff was knowledgable, friendly, and let us taste everything we were thinking of buying. They do have sales/promotions every once in a while, single malt scotches were 20% off or something recently. Prices are reasonable, and they get bonus points for having chips and snacks too. This is her favorite spot in the neighborhood (mine too!) and she always starts pulling me in from a block away. From the outside, it looked a bit dingy, but the inside was clean. For a local shop, they had a pretty decent selection of beers, wines, and liquors. Don't expect this to be a huge store like a Total Wine, but it gets the job done. The prices seemed a bit expensive, but not outrageously so. The customer service here was pretty good, but there weren't really extra employees around to ask any questions to. When I went to pay, the employee requested to see my ID, which I actually really appreciated, given some other stores don't bother. Come on by if you're looking to pick up some basics!
