You can build up the space in so many ways, and if you can find the right vendors you can create a stunning atmosphere that still somehow feels intimate in all its massiveness. One fair warning if you're using it as an event space: the acoustics are a hot mess. Do a lot of pre-planning. Even at the most well-intentioned moments it was very hard to hear. That's it. They don't budge, they fight you on continuances, and if you want to plead not guilty and waive time to have it kicked to a true municipal court they refuse to let you fax in a waiver. They want an attorney to do it. Greasing the wheels of their attorney friends. It's a complete scam, seems the only service they do is generate revenue for the city. The person that answers the phone tries to talk you into "just pay it." Want to contact their prosecutor? Yeah, good luck with that. Their office never answers their phones, and never calls you back. No wonder the clerk at the "court" tries talking you out of contacting them. "Hi, Ohio Supreme Court, I'd like to file a complaint..."

At that time, the current flat roof was installed in place of the mansard roof and cornice. The two-story smooth stone structure has Lincoln Way, or U.S. Route 30, on its side and is facing S. Market Street. The main entrance of the structure is placed in the center and is accessed via a set of stairs. Two large arched windows on the main level and two smaller arched windows in the basement floors are on either side of the projection. The large, lengthy windows on the second story are massive and contain a long rectangular window topped with a fanlight. Coolest thing inside is the lobby. The fountains in the shopping center inside make it worth going in. Even though the lame shopping center inside sucks, it still is fun to look around. It has a very nice lobby. There's a lot of large pools with fountains in them. It adds some class. Of course you should look around the rest of the tower. It was built in the 1920s and has some great architecture. The ceilings once you get in the front doors are magnificent. An observation deck is on one of the top floors. The views here are hit or miss because of the cloudy weather. Looking at the tower from the outside is pretty cool. This is a very large building and it's impossible to miss. Often it's lit up in bright colors. The architecture of the building is gothic and there's all kinds of cool arches and carvings on it outside. It also is a terminal of course. RTA has a stop inside. This makes getting to downtown convenient with not having to find parking.
