They also had Dutch ovens. Customer service was awesome. It seemed like she was the only employee when we were inside. She took the time to greet customers as they walked in, and assisted those already inside. She seriously was amazing. I ended up purchasing two mugs as a gift. I just could not pass them up. Within minutes an associate had called to offer a refund for that part of my purchase. I needed kitchen towels and ask her to just pick some out for the value of the refund. I will say that they are friendly, but that's about the only positive I can offer. in our experience we have waited long periods of time because the staff doesn't know how to use the cash register, and don't know the products they sell, or can't find items in their storage room. One time they called us to let us know that someone had bought us an item, and when we came to pick up the item they refused to let us take it! There is no reason I would ever return to this store.

Twice I've literally stood at the counter with a clerk two feet in front of me and she totally refused to look up and acknowledge me in any way. With the state of retail today who can afford that type of attitude? Why do you passive-aggressively chase customers out of your store? Really an odd dynamic going on here and I'm happy to take my credit cards elsewhere.
