It was very last minute, and after one store in the area was somewhat rude and another never answered their phone ... decided to look up reviews and happened upon this outstanding establishment! Third times a charm: when we called, the gentleman who answered was gracious and said that he would get us to a manager or owner within five minutes. Sure enough: within five minutes we got a callback from the owner! We explained that we needed to get a fine champagne delivered as soon as possible to someone in their area, and would like to ask that the gift card please be printed and the champagne gift wrapped. The owner said no problem to both requests. He patiently went through all of their fine champagnes, and we were able to pick one that was both within our budget but also very upscale. He also graciously worked with us on the delivery. Everything happened so swiftly and seamlessly, and we were assured not just of immediate delivery, but also a 2nd delivery in case nobody was around to except the gift middle of the day. Just blown away by the attentiveness, kindness, and outstanding service. Most importantly, the beer is solid. I failed to get a full headcount but there must have been about twenty on tap when we visited on a Sunday afternoon in May. Stouts, tripels, IPA's, lagers, Kölsch, cream ales, seltzers, etc. Something for everyone and all of it very good. It was crowded but not overwhelmingly packed so it was a nice atmosphere. If we didn't live over an hour away we would come a lot more regularly, but for now we bought a few beers to bring home and look forward to tucking into them this summer.

Fresh and cold. Can tell they keep their beer lines clean. Server was quirky but friendly and efficient. From what I could tell, the whole staff seemed to be really hustling on a very crowded night. Only issue of the night was the check. Our food and drink total was $117 (pre-tax). However, the bill had it as $125 - without explanation. We of course called it out and after some discernment in the kitchen the server comes back to tell us that the $8 difference was for the mushrooms and onions we added to our burgers. Umm, ok. But why no line item showing that? He couldn't really answer that. Am I the first one that this ever happened to or just the first one to call it out?
