This receipt shows I did indeed order mayonnaise and vinegar. I just did not get them.

This Wawa is terrible. I requested extra mayonnaise and extra vinegar on my sandwich. I got none of either. This is the THIRD time this location has messed up my order.

I ordered a baked potato and cheddar with broccoli soup butter classic wheat roll however I got mashed potatoes. I can see if the store was crowded. It was all by five people in the store how you give me mashed potatoes instead of soup because I'm out of town and not driving my own vehicle, it's not like I could take it back every place I've been to down here in Atlantic City. Food has not been good at all. Y'all people need to learn how to cook.I've wasted over $200 in food that's high priced and nasty, this ruined my only trip away from my kids

Unfortunately, the service really fell short. It took way too long just to be acknowledged. The hostess was friendly, but the big man behind the counter, looked right past me twice and took another customer's order before mine. Thankfully, a younger gentleman stepped in and took my order, which I appreciated. As for the food, the cheesesteak was very disappointing. It lacked seasoning completely, and the only thing that somewhat saved it was the extra ketchup I added. I couldn't even finish it there, I ended up taking it home and fixing it myself just to make it edible. Being a Philly native, I had higher expectations. The hoagies are actually good, but the cheesesteaks just don't live up to what you'd expect. Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not one I'd rush back for.

The restaurant is known for its classic Italian-American cooking, famously quirky house-made beef jerky, and national attention from its appearance on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. I appreciated that they had large platform games for families to enjoy, but unfortunately, the noise became distracting. Whenever the Connect 4 game ended, the pieces would come crashing down, creating loud noises that took away from the overall dining experience. We were given complimentary bread, but it was cold, and the butter was so frozen that none of us felt inclined to eat it. The food itself was mediocre overall. They do offer a $28 prime rib special on Fridays, which, to our family's surprise, was actually better than expected. I probably wouldn't return unless it was simply for convenience. One thing worth noting, though, is that they sell beer, wine, and seltzers inside the restaurant, so if you're in the area and need to pick up some drinks, that's an added convenience.

BUT....while paying for our beer pack, the guy at the bar was so standoffish, rude, made sure to let us know that he couldn't care less that we were there. He entered our card manually and mistyped the expiration date. Threw the card to my husband and walked away saying something under his breath. We didn't even know what happened until my husband got a message from his bank saying that recent transaction was declined because expiration date did not match. The guy took his time to come back, my husband said hey you entered the wrong date, but the guy ignored. My husband gave another card, we paid and left as soon as possible. You just lost another customer. Good job!

When I saw the menu I saw they had a Crunch Burger, which I had previously tried at the Yankee Stadium, and really enjoyed. While looking at the menu, I saw that they also had a different burger. A brunch burger, which included a fried egg and bacon. I was caught in the middle because I really would've enjoyed to have a Crunch burger with a fried egg. I don't eat bacon but I like the Fried egg and I'd also like some chips in there I tried to explain that and it was a bit difficult to get that order done. But In the end, I got a cheeseburger with a fried egg and some chips on the side. The Burger was once again, amazingly delicious. I just stuffed some chips in there on my own and devoured it. I also got an order of Fries.. They were ok.. I would've preferred them a bit crispier it seemed the condensation from the Box made them soft/almost soggy.. Maybe don't cover them in the container? I dunno. The Milkshake was delicious though.. It had great flavor and texture.. I'd give the Burger a 9 outta 10.. (make a crunch burger with a fried egg and it's at 10) The fries a 7 (Crispness counts) Milkshake gets a 9. It was definitely very delicious.. One of the best I've had and will get again! There it's is! That's my review! Have a great one! -Ray

The cashier was attentive and answered my questions about the type of burger such as it is smashed or not; she said it was smashed so I ordered my beef crunch burger well-done based on that information. I also wanted to know if the sauce was spicy, etc. It seemed that most are spicy. They were out of the pistachio milkshake at just before 5:30pm which was a good thing for me in the end. Avoid one more temptation. *wink* To receive your order, you must have your receipt on hand as each order has the order number attached. Once your order number hand written on the receipt is called, then it's brought up to verify it is indeed your order and to avoid any mix ups. They will not hand you your order without the receipt they gave you. There's even a sign at the cashier to be sure folks are aware of the policy. The crunch burger was not so much a smash burger as a regular burger on a delicious brioche type bun. So, unfortunately do not expect to have those flat, crunchy edges to go with the crunch of the potato chips added to the burger. The fries I ordered with the burger were plentiful and satisfying. These satiated my hunger with the side of spicy ranch and mayonnaise as condiments. There is plenty of seating and no need to feel rushed in that area. As such, it's a good place to spend a quiet time breaking bread.
