Today I went there as the designated location for my second Covid booster shot. They took me right on time for my appointment. The general pharmacy staff was friendly. However, of special note, the pharmacist was super friendly and efficient. Although I was already familiar with the potential side effects (since this was my forth Covid related shot) the pharmacist took extra time to explain things and was extremely attentive despite the pharmacy being extremely busy. Overall I was very impressed with the interaction today and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This CVS is presently undergoing a renovation, so I doubt it's as clean and organized as it might…read moreotherwise be. The inventory was still in generally good condition. Hopefully some of this renovation will take place at the pharmacy, because it's somewhat cramped and not really capable of handling a backlog of customers. There's 2 self-check kiosks in the front, with no place for a line to wait if there's a backup. Hopefully these get a facelift too, as they could be more user-friendly.

I had to go to the Urgent Care across the parking lot a few times (thanks pneumonia) this past winter, and they'd have everything ready by the time I walked over there. Maybe I had to wait a minute or two if they were busy. The other day I walked in and the lady behind the counter waved and said hi. On my way out the guy told me to have a good one, and I admonished him to do the same! So, at least in my experience, the service is fast and friendly. The pharmacists are especially kind despite the treatment they get all day.

Not organized at all. Wide selection, lots of variety from home goods to fresh fruits. So, Either they ran out of space to actually organize for marketing OR their workers DGAS. Boxes were half opened. Items were not where they are supposed to be. However you'll get your basics fulfilled. Good value with on sale items. We got the essentials for my son's apt. Mission completed and we GTFO.

Prices are what you'd expect... some will be good deals, some will be loss-leaders, others won't be as competitive. The customer service center was a different story, with an extremely long line. Then there was that "Switch to Spectrum!" gal who wouldn't take "No" for an answer (well, sorry, she had to with me). Could this be your one-stop shopping place? Certainly. Will it be mine? For harder to find items or special sales, perhaps, otherwise unlikely.

We had a unique prescription to be filled for some medical equipment and our doctor sent the script to Marra's to be filled. I reached out to them to get set up and they not only had a wide variety of options for the equipment we needed but spoke, extensively, on each of the choices so that Mr and my wife could make a fully informed decision. Not only were they informative but they were exceptionally kind, thoughtful and funny. When I went in to pick up the equipment I was blown away by the selection and the breadth of their pharmacy. It is really impressive. Never figured I'd leave a review for a pharmacy, but here I am. 10/10, they're fabulous.

Fell ill while visiting Albany and had to have a last minute medication script filled. I gave the…read moredoctor this CVS as it appeared closest to the Fairfield Inn and Suites on State St. Within 2 hours the CVS called and left me a voicemail saying my prescription was filled and ready for pick up. I was very happy with the speed the script was filled, communication and that it was in stock. While driving to leave town we picked it up the next day. When my partner went in to the pharmacy to pick it up there was a pretty long line at the pharmacy. My partner said the line moved at a decent pace. Once at the front the pharmacist was very fast to get the prescription and complete the transaction. The speed was top notch! We were very happy with a seamless prescription filling especially while traveling out of state. I would absolutely recommend this pharmacy and pharmacist! I am happy we chose to drive to pick it up and not walk. The area is not one that I would recommend walking through unless you are familiar with the area or have a local with you. The area seemed a bit rough. There were some quite obviously on drugs individuals wandering by while I waiting outside in the car at 1pm on a Sunday afternoon.

I think they hike the prices extra because this pharmacy is located in Delmar and they assume everyone has money. My neighbor's daughter worked at the store when she was in high school and was constantly pressured to work more hours. That was the last straw for me. I support workers.
