The staff, despite it being late, was so friendly and calmly organizing all of the customers while simultaneously fielding questions, giving change, etc. The bathrooms were clean enough, but I think I was spoiled by the large stop on the way. A young gentleman picked up the phone about 3-4ish this evening. he actually answered when i called. was VERY polite, very respectful and very helpful. you don't get much youth these days that are willing to give so much energy into a job. I asked questions and he answered every single one! I unfortunately didn't get his name but im sure he will know who he is! he helped with application questions and he was knowledgeable about everything. this kid deserves a raise a high five and a great review I.E. this one! shout to you kid your doing GREAT!! keep the energy, don't ever let any coworkers, employers or customers take that from you! read more

This evening at about 6:45 I gave up and walked out. I've never experienced what I perceived as worker slow down at a QT before but it was painfully obvious that was what was happening. I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work so your roller grill items are on the shelf by the trash cans. Good luck with this crew QT. read more

I was at this quick trip and i went in iwas told to ask for the manager a ms mia (sorry I don't have any further info on her ) while i was there i found her and at the same time she herard a conversation i was having on my phone at the time my brother had a stroke that night before and i was explaining to my father in law what happened and after I finished and hung up ms Mia showed so much compassion to my situation and encouragement for me that that day "" as its said god puts people in places for a reason and on that day Ms Mia was there for me ... I truly want to thank her for being so nice and caring at a time i truly needed it .... I never realized it but this is the one QuikTrip I'm always stopping at. Its for the obvious reason: since I live in Illinois and I live about 10 miles away off 270, its a no-brainer that I get gas here. Same goes for any Illinoisan who doesn't want to pay Madigan's gas taxes. (Hey, I'm happy to help make the state of Illinois broke. Haha!) Always great, fast service, no matter what. This location is so spacious, inside and outside. Needless to say, they did a great job replacing the old one a few years back. I don't ever get their food from the Kitchen unless I'm very hungry. I'm not a fan of their bland pizza, sorry. Their cones aren't bad. The only bad thing was there were a couple times when beggar weirdos would be out walking around the pump stations asking people for money. But the staff usually is good on taking care of that. read more

I think we all know what to expect from Quicktrip so this is not a QuickTrip review but more a review of this location. In general I like to stop at these places, from what I had read they are good to their employees and is a family run business. Sadly, this is not one of the flagship stores, the staff does not make using the place any easier either. I found the place just barely clean enough, which is generally not true of most of the Quicktrips. My advice, there is always one down the road, and this one is to be avoided. read more

Directions: from I-270, exit #33, south. Convenient highway exit and re-entry, especially when you are traveling east. While still at a distance, you have a good view of the pumps, and, if too crowded, you can try the Phillips 66 place across the street. I must say the food here is great for when you are on the go and you have to be off for work and you did not have time to prepare anything for lunch. This is a place to go for some great sandwiches, which tastes pretty fresh to me. I know this is not gourmet food, but sometimes when in a bind we have to do what we have to do! Best gas price. Especially if you're going to Illinois, which has huge gas taxes. Stop here on your way. I always do on my way in and on my way out. Just yesterday I had 3/4 tank coming in, but stopped, because I wouldn't be in the area otherwise. It was $2.93/gallon. And, as always, it's QT, so I could get an economical fountain drink! The nastiest bathroom ever. Looks as if its not been cleaned in weeks yellow urine and fecal matter stains in and on toilet and dried fecal matter on floor. When I told female staff she smiled and said really I was just in there...so are you blind? No your just a lazy lier. My husband stated the mens room was equally as trifling....Really humans animals dont even leave shit on the floor. read more
