I specifically asked if they had mailed a letter to their patients and the response was "no, we did not". This is the worst way to treat patients. The proof is in their actions - they could care less if you need oxygen to breathe/live.

They shorted me pills, refused to fill my prescription even though I was out of pills (because they shorted me...), then changed my three month prescription to a one month prescription when I finally got them to refill it. After waiting the lady just handed my prescription over the counter had no idea how to use it but I didn't want to wait for the pharmacist to end is chat, so I had to google it. Second prescription I dropped off 4 bottles 2 did not have refills I called my dr and they said just take them in and the pharmacist will call us. Well, the pharmacist calls me and said he could not get a hold of my dr so I gave him the address and phone number never heard back so all is good right nope I go in the next day and he said he couldn't refill two of them because he could not get hold of my dr. I call my dr and they called him and I finally got my prescriptions. At the end the pharmacist tells me he is losing money every time he refills a prescription for me and can no longer refill my prescriptions. I will be calling my case worker Monday and I will be sure to let her know that Medi park pharmacy no longer wants to accept any of their customers
