I did a walk-in so it actually worked out pretty well. I waited around for a few because I had to let them prep the vaccination but it let me do all the paperwork. Customer service here was really good because the lady who was at the front was having a good time talking to me. We get along really well and she was super cool. Actually everybody I talk to was super nice and really friendly. For customer service alone. They definitely get five stars. And they said that the vaccination was covered by my insurance, which was the nice thing on the cake LOL. But this spot would definitely be a go-to if I needed something. I was a little bit obscure that I couldn't get from a CVS.

But PTP has the friendliest and most competent staff I've personally experienced. They go out of their way to work with me and help me get what I need and usually recognize my voice over the phone. I'm conflicted over telling everyone about my favorite little pharmacy and keeping it to myself because I rarely have to wait in line and sometimes even get to use the 15 minute parking which is like winning the lottery.

What more can you ask for from your local pharmacy and the wait time is not at all bad either especially if you phone in the prescription ahead of arrival. Which is my preferred way to do. Love this place and won't be going any other places else no time soon. Open everyday for inside sale and for pick-up. Try them and you will like them as much as I do. I live quite a ways from this pharmacy but they were the only one that had the medication that I needed ( it was out of stock EVERYWHERE, even in South Carolina where my parents live, my mom drove around the state trying to help me find it). It took me 3 hours round trip when I first got my medicine filled there and the young lady told me they offered free delivery service to my area ( big pharmacies live CVS charges me $7.99 and I'm less than a mile away). They have been on top of my refills and ensure I get them in a timely manner. They are BLACKED OWN too which is a huge plus for me.
