Poor service at checkout. Lady was rude and impatient. Needs to be more customer focused.

This old blonde old lady who was the only cashier at the time was so freaking rude. I had a bunch of items and i asked if she can ring me up. She acted like i was bothering her. Every item she rung up threw it in the bag like she was mad. I was so close to saying something. If you don't like people don't work customer service. Work in the back or something. No one is ever at checkout, so you wait, then they are rude. The pharmacy is also always behind in store. So you would be better to wait in your car or just go to Walgreens. Everyone who works at the pharmacy is miserable. Just skip this hell hole. Front of store is by far the worst people I have ever had to pay to be treated like garbage. read more

My dear CVS, how often I've visited you and never given you a review. To be honest, my preference of CVS or Walgreens is non existent. It is just a matter of convince that I visit this CVS more often. I do like the CVS Rewards , and how with almost every visit I receive a discount on my purchase. I find myself going here rather than 7/11 when running out of milk or eggs, and not paying an inflated price like at 7/11. What I do find lacking is the selection of greeting cards, however I find the general state of greeting cards to be disappointing. I guess it's one of my pet peeves. (The one good thing about having a pet peeve is you don't have to clean up after it!) One area in which this location excels, is with how quickly they fill prescriptions. This location having a drive thru is a definite plus! The store is clean and well stocked too. The only reason I'm not giving this location 5 Stars is because they are frequently short handed when checking out. If they were to fix this one area, I would gladly update this to a five star review. read more

I live extremely close to this CVS and come here often and recently decided that I will be going elsewhere. I can't tell you how many times I have come here and stood waiting by the registers for an employee to come and ring me up for several minutes before being acknowledged. Recently, I came in around 7 pm to pick up a loaf of bread to find a line literally 15 people deep with one poor cashier trying to get everyone in and out. She called over the intercom several times for back up with no avail. A customer had to go and grab the manager, who was stocking, to come and help the poor girl out. Finally, today, which was finally it for me, I stopped in to pick up paper towels. There was a long line , which didn't matter, I wasn't in a rush. The issue that I had is that the woman cashier called for back up and her coworker finally came up to help with a bad attitude. Rolling his eyes And throwing purchases in the bag. Great customer service. Sometimes though out of what I need but the staff always checks in back or let's me know when the next shipment will be. Great photo service too! My favorite employees who are very friendly and helpful are Dan and Andrea. Keep up the good work guys! read more

This CVS is the one closest to our house so we come here to fill prescriptions and pick up any odds and ends we may need in a hurry. The service is always quick and with a smile. The pharmacy is exceptional in that they always meet their promised times, and are knowledgeable in answering any questions we may have about medication. Glad to have this CVS around the corner! read more

I love this CVS, the staff is friendly and always remember me when I come back. I get my prescriptions filled here too, and I love the drive thru pharmacy, so convenient! I visit at least twice a week if not more. The hours are great too! read more

I have been going to CVS for a while now. When I shop there, the check out staff are always so nice. I usually have quite a bit of prescriptions that need to be filled. The pharmacy teams always has my prescription filled and ready and ready with any questions I might have. A couple of people who work there I can brag about, are Jenna, Kerri, Sam, Grace and 3 others. This is the only place I will get my medications filled at. Great Job CVS read more

Stopped in to pick up some baby items that were on sale and was shocked that everything was still fully stocked although the sale had already been on for a few days. I was definitely excited, seeing as though they are usually sold out two to three days into a new sale. The staff was cordial at the checkout, can't say the same about floor help, one women kept avoiding eye contact even though I was obviously looking for something and needed help. Not bad though for a quick trip to the drug store. read more

Terrible Experience. They auto-filled the wrong prescription for me. They stuck it in with another prescription and I didn't realize I had paid for it until I got home. I called them immediately and they refused to refund me my money. This is the 2nd time I had to tell them to take that prescription off my account. The pharmacy staff are great! They were there for me every step of the way through both of my parents' terminal illnesses. I have never had an issue with a CVS pharmacy before until I visited this location. Staff is dishonest & rude. I was warned by others (including pharmacists at other CVS locations) that this location has a reputation for intentionally refusing to fill patients prescriptions just because they are not their "regular" customers. Dropped off my prescription being told by the pharmacist they would fill it and it would be ready the next day. The next day I call back after not receiving any update and a different pharmacist proceeds to tell me that they decided they were not going to fill it. When I asked why, he said they only filled prescriptions for customers in the immediate area but I could come pick up my written prescription to take elsewhere. This was very weird since I live within 15 minutes of the location and have never had an issue like this with any other pharmacy in the area. They are clearly unconcerned with helping patients needs and I highly recommend avoiding this location. read more
