I've been asked to pay again for this medication 3 TIMES and I still have no medication! I've called twice and each person I've talked to has told me it's another week bc of testing. The first person said he "saw my bin with medication in it and was putting it on the top" then the next person Intalked to said they "no longer had my medication in its correct dosage" and someone would call me back TODAY with instructions. (No call back). So someone went into a bin with my name on it and took the paid for medication to use for someone else because they had a "lot of orders"?! How is that okay? Is this place a scam? What if this was a senior or anyone urgently needing their medication and they are asked to pay again for the medication, that is already paid for, each time they call? How is this good practice?

I would renew my prescription and would receive the invoice and when it was paid I receive the shipping information. Within two days I would receive my refill. Then the servise completely fell apart. After long waits on hold I finally got to talk to a person who assured me that they had been through some growing issues but they had been resolved. My last refill was confirmed eight days ago and I haven't even received the invoice. Obviously I am completely out and searching another compounding pharmacy.

I've worked retail and understand it gets busy, so I like to think I am a bit more patient than the average customer. I've visited Walmart Pharmacy on several occasions to pick up my dog's prescription. They can NEVER find his prescription. Out of the 4 different techs that have helped me on many different visits only 1 is able to find his prescription. The first time I went, the tech was obviously in a bad mood. The wait time was fairly long, but like I said Walmart is a busy place and there were quite a few people ahead of me. When I got to the front, I told her I recieved a notice that my dog's prescription was ready. The lady looked up my dog's prescription by name--no luck, under my name (perhaps the vet put it under my name..ok?) --no luck, my dog's birthday--no luck. "Well, it's not here" the tech said as she looks past me to wave in the next customer. Wait! I asked her if there was somebody else we could ask---"perhaps they put it somewhere else because it was called in by a vet." She looked peeved and told me to go to the service line and they could help me. Great, another line. Stood in that line for twenty minutes. The tech working this window was even less helpful. Not sure what abyss my dog's prescription fell into, but once again no luck in finding it. This lady told me to come back in 10mins to speak to a 3rd tech because he "knows where everything is at." Okay... I guess I could walk around. By now I have spent an hr trying to get my dog's prescription. I came back in exactly 10mins and stood toward the side where the 2nd tech could see. She did, and waved me to the front. Yes! This tech must know the super secret way of looking up prescriptions in thier system. "What's your dog's birthday", he asked. I told him and what do you know-- popped up right away. Walked over to the line of prescription bags and there it is. Thank you! Paid and done. Unfortunatley, I've had to do this dance with walmart pharmacy everytime! I've gotten to the point where I let people go ahead of me just to avoid wasting time with certain techs. I think I will be making the extra 10 min drive to the next nearest walmart just to see if I can experience a better walmart pharmacy.

I was able to get the supplies I needed for my dogs medication and the supplements and vitamins I needed for me. No fuss, no muss, easy peasy. All of the ladies were very helpful and two of them were very friendly. If the service continue to be this good then I will make this my regular pharmacy and medical supplier.

I have a sore knee and went into Liberty Pharmacy & Medical Supply in search of a knee brace. While they had an assortment of braces, they did not have the one i was looking for. My vague recollection is that a woman had a green knee brace that you could pull on almost like hose but gripped much tighter. Needless to say, Liberty Pharmacy & Medical Supply did not have any such knee brace. They did have an assortment of braces for your arms and legs. The pharmacist was kind to point me to the section of the pharmacy that had the braces. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the brace I was seeking. Thus, my search continues...

He then refused to fill my prescription because I wanted to switch to another pharmacist, he then hung up on me. What kind of pharmacist or doctor treats her patients this way after 30 days. I've done some research and they have several other complaints regarding the same issues. There's plenty of other better compound pharmacies out there to use. Don't risk yourself with this one because the pharmacist is a hothead with issues.

Vina Pharmacy was probably the most difficult place I have ever filled a prescription at. They kept…read morerefusing to fill my prescription because the doctor didn't have his TX license # the prescription which they do not typically place on prescriptions. For days they kept claiming that they called the doctor but no one answered. Each time I called they answered immediately. Then I tried to use a discount card that was specifically for their business and instead of telling me that they didn't take ANY discount cards, they just gave me a small discount and dismissed me. I sat in the parking lot trying to figure out why it was so much more than the coupon, so I went back in to see it and that is when they told me that they didn't take them. SMH this place was the biggest headache ever and if it wasn't for my Adderall being so difficult and expensive to get I would of stayed with HEB pharmacy

I called to schedule an iron infusion and was given some estimates for cost and that I would likely be able to schedule next Wednesday because the schedule looked busy Monday & Tuesday. I scrambled to get an order from my MD office sent over, called back no more than an hour later and was told that They were not accepting new patients for iron infusion. I was transferred to who I assume with the owner/supervisor without warning and he basically shrugged and told me too bad.

At the Manor, TX location, there are condescending employees who use racially charged language in reference to customers. On the phone, the person acted like I was the one inconveniencing them for simply asking about a medication I need. No apology was received for not having the medicine I needed, they simply wanted me off the phone, and said "that's okay", as if I was the one wasting their time. I thought using a smaller pharmacy would be better than Walgreens, and I was wrong.
