There were spills on the floor that had not been cleaned up, which made the area feel messy and neglected. I understand that inventory issues can happen, so that part alone would not have bothered me too much. Checkout was where things really fell apart. We waited a very long time in line (all the lines were back into the aisles), and when we were finally helped, the cashier, a very sweet older gentleman who clearly seemed to be having a rough day, rang up our groceries only for the payment keypad to freeze and stop working. He became flustered, and we were moved to another register. It was uncomfortable to watch him try to get help from a manager who appeared annoyed rather than supportive. Overall, the store felt unorganized and dirty, and the whole experience was stressful. I genuinely feel bad for the employees, as it did not seem like they were being set up for success. If you have the option, I would recommend choosing a different Fred Meyer location.

Every month I would order refills for my medications and I would be told I filled them somewhere else, my physician had not authorized the refill(s), or they couldn't refill medications when I was completely out because they were too soon to refill. I worked in the Pharmacy industry for many years, so I do know what I am talking about. I shouldn't have to call my physician's nurse to find out the refill request was sent days earlier, even multiple times to make sure I received my medications. I would contact the pharmacy, they would say my meds were filled somewhere else and accuse me of wrongdoing. I finally told my physician I was calling the police to find out who refilled my meds, then calling the pharmacy to notify them I would contact the police as well. Miraculously, they (the pharmacy) would find my prescriptions, apologize, and let me know I would have them ready within the hour. In the middle of all this I was battling a crippling seizure disorder which made me unable to work and I was on "Obamacare." Some of their pharmacy plans limit you to certain pharmacies, which was extremely frustrating on my part. Now that I have Medicare and Medicaid due to not being able to work anymore, I have a choice of pharmacies to use. Not this one, ever again.

I pulled into the designated pickup area and stayed in my car the entire time while I worked on placing my order through the app. At no point did I leave my vehicle. Within minutes, an employee came out and gestured at the signage. I acknowledged it with a thumbs up I was aware of where I was. Shortly after, a second employee named Jesse approached and asked me to leave. When I requested to speak with a manager, he told me he was the manager. His name tag, however, read "Assistant Manager." To be clear: I was sitting in my car, in the pickup area, attempting to use QFC's own pickup service. That's exactly what the space is for. Instead of offering any assistance, two employees came out to confront me, and one misrepresented his role when I asked for management. After 18 years of shopping at this location without a single negative experience, this interaction was disappointing. The pharmacist Keegan is always kind, friendly, and efficient! The other day, I also got a vaccine that I didn't know I could get there! I was going to make a doc appt to get it and this saved me time and money! Picking up my meds and getting a vaccine all took place in under 10 mins and he also gave my daughter some stickers :) ! They have all the up to date technology too where they text you when meds are ready! Love how it feels like a neighborhood pharmacy

Wait times I came on a Friday right before the lunch rush around 11am and there were 2 people in front of me.
