Despite higher prices than competitor's, I just love CVS. The stores are always organized nicely, the employees are (usually) nice, there are often Snoopy goodies, and I love the color red to boot! My daughter and I stopped in just for some Benadryl and perused a bit. Some decent sales, but we didn't want or need anything - go figure?! I'm going to pick up a seasonal "spice broom" when I go next ($4.99). I love the smell - another great thing about the fall, my favorite season :) read more

CVS Pharmacy - CVS?!! Who knew?!! - Drugstores Near Me - BLACKWOOD, New Jersey

I'm surprised by some of the low reviews here because I haven't had an issue anytime I've stopped inside. Granted, I've only come here for a few items and always use the self-checkout. But the employees are friendly here and say hello to people, and the store is clean (though I noticed that the cold cases look a little empty, but I think that's not their fault but their product distributors). The CVS is located off of College Avenue by the Dunkin Donuts and TD Bank. There is a CVS drive-thru, and they do photo services. read more

The cashier, older woman that's been there for awhile, is easily the rudest person I've ever met In customer service. I stopped going in there for almost a year and recently decided to give that location another shot bc the drive through pharmacy was closed, again. I scanned 2 items, apparently the last item had an issue w the scan bc it flagged the item & required assistance. I explained that I scanned the item & the light came on. She snaps "no you didn't there's only 1 item scanned" (There's a damn camera right there recording everything) The way she snapped and implied that I hadn't scanned my items left me so infuriated that I placed the rest of my products in the scanner & walked out. Done with that store. I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy so I don't even have to deal with that mess anymore either. read more

This is the closest CVS to me through my health insurance, it's the worst as far as prices and one of the pharmacy staff. The shelves are barely full week to week and the prices are outrageous. People wonder why everything is bought through Amazon and not at stores. The blond pharmacy employee, who sounds like she is in charge, is extremely rude. I called to check on my script as it needed an authorization, the person on the phone stated it went through and it was ready. I went to pick it up and I was sent to this woman at the consultant area to go over my insurance. I have insurance and it was approved, apparently my insurance changed and denied it, all in 5 minutes after I just called to confirm and they said it was fine. She proceeds to tell me she can't help me and snaps at me to call my insurance. The way she spoke to me and treated me was extremely uncalled for and very unprofessional, if you don't like your job, quit. read more

This CVS pharmacy prices are absolutely absurd. They tried to charge me $116 for a prescription I found for $3 dollars. All 4 of my prescriptions where up charged at least 500% and significantly over the price of other CVSs. Go to any other pharmacy, it'll be half the cost at worst read more

11/12/14 was my first time at this store. In the past I have been to CVS. I come here almost often. No complaints, service and staff is usually nice and helpful. Before coming here I check on the website to see if a certain product will be at this store or another CVS in the area. read more

If I go to this CVS for 2 items I leave with only 1. If I go for 3 items I leave with 2. If I go for 4 I leave with 3 and so on. This CVS never has everything I need. There is a spot for what I'm looking for on the shelf but the shelf is empty. This store's only saving grace is how kind and polite the employees are. read more

I purchased some items at CVS very near Halloween - not really sure of the date - but their computers were down. The computers were not accepting my coupons, codes or phone number ID. I went back a few days later and was able to get the deductions with my receipt and coupons. For most stores to return items you need a receipt. Maybe some department stores can find your charge number without a receipt - but that isn't the norm today. I find CVS workers in the Blackwood Pharmacy to be consistently working hard and pleasant. I was transferred from K-Mart Pharmacy to CVS Pharmacy without my knowledge over a year ago. That was K-Mart's doing. Once I started going there for my prescriptions and numerous other items, I found the store to have a relaxing atmosphere, and their workers quite helpful. I will continue using this CVS. read more

This is the worst cvs location I've ever experienced the worker named lori/Lauren there is very unprofessional and does not follow yhe cvs policy's for all people I guess you have to be the right color she wouldn't take back my return I did not want money I just wanted an even exchange or store credit I had no receipt but I did have identification and she told me that the store policy we are not allowed to do anything without a receipt and I know that's a lie cuz I've been in line behind people of a different color where she has done it so I ask to speak with a manager and she told me she was the manager ain't that something. So I left that store and went to another CVS right after and they took it for me I guess my shade of skin was darker than she liked if she ever took a look at her heart she be scared then lol. read more

This is the WORST cvs in south jersey. Do not spend your money at this store! Asst manager is a rude jerk. Went into this store on Halloween & was told that my coupons would not be honored because their system was down even tho he saw on my app & the store printed receipt from his store printed out that my coupons were valid. Him & the woman store associate who thought it was cute to tell other customers how stupid & rude I was for demanding my coupons be honored. This wasn't about $1.00, I had over $25.00 in coupons owed plus another $42.00 in paper coupons that were not honored either. Went to a professional cvs where their customers are valued & that store manager who was having same problem with all of his customers honored my paper & sent to card coupons. That's customer service. Accusing a customer who spends thousands of dollars in your stores is not a good idea asst manager guy in Blackwood NJ who was in store @ 2pm. Fire that guy IMMEDIATELY!!!! read more
