This specific Cvs location is one of my favorites. The staff in the front is always so helpful. Store associate Jade is always super sweet and always lets customers know about different coupons, discounts, daily, and weekly coupons and sales available. The store manager is always restocking. The store to make sure is organized and presentable to customers when I come in they have about two or three different store associates helping, in their checkout area. She also taught me a secret about the coupons which I will share with you all. Scan one item and use your phone number. If you were a rewards member print out your receipt to receive coupons and then scan your second item and you will also receive coupons with that receipt as well. Although this location is super busy, the store associates are always providing a helping hand to make sure that everyone is receiving services in a timely manner. One downside to this specific location is that the pharmacy is always crowded and the store associates move at their own pace. Which keeps the lines for Pharmacy pickup and drop off wrapped around the corner of the store. They need more pharmacy associates to accommodate their stores customer demands. Overall, love this location and it is definitely my go to when I am locally in the area. read more

My rating is a reflection of the actual pharmacy--not the store. We spend probably $500-1000/month in this place, which includes our business with the Rx Pharmacy. The store is great--manager is helpful, ladies behind the counter are helpful. The people in the pharmacy are awful--lazy, rude, and stupid. The drive through is the absolute worst in the country--and I'm talking about all drive through operations, not just pharmacies. You have to hit the buzzer multiple times, honk the horn, etc. This has happened more times than I can count. God forbid anyone is in line in front of you. If somebody told me they were doing this on purpose, I would believe them. I don't often leave reviews--only if service is exceptionally good or bad. This place is the worst on my 60 years on this planet. They make postal workers look sweet and motivated. We will more than likely be switching our business to Walgreens. read more

The people that work in this are amazing. The customers that go in and verbally abuse them are not. They need security here to keep the customers and employees safe from the crackheads that hang out at the bus stop. I went in tonight and a lovely lady named Lynn, checked me out, and I mentioned that a crazy guy followed me into the parking lot. She insisted on walking me out the door to watch me to my car. everytime i come here the staff can't do there job right i hand them my id and my son insurance card they don't get my some medication at all then they want to say oh the insurance was already on file your didn't even look at the card to know that my name wasmy on that insurance card at all and that you need my id to get my son medicine it takes two seconds to check and do there job the right way. i know it's friday but if your handing out medicine you need to double check and triple check that your doing things correctly. i hate to have to come to a pharmacy and they just are doing whatever behind the desk and still getting paid read more

I find this location convenient but the corner location is a little sketchy. The parking lot is not very easy to get in and out of with the city busses and traffic passing by. The bus stop adds to the lack of liking coming here. I never know who may be loitering near my car. Inside the staff is okay and I can usually find what I am looking for. They do have pretty good sales after a holiday has passed. read more

I had to go to CVS PHARMACY when I was working in 2017-2020 because of my Health Insurance had CVS as one of the pharmacies listed.I chose to use this one because it was convenient & close to my home.I remember how much this PHARMACY had Abused the Customers, I've heard Stories about it, then i became one of their Victims! I had Gotten Sick & had gone out on Disability from my job, I had to see Different drs to get my Health under control, & take Different medications, which were sent to CVS PHARMACY. When I went to pick up my Medications, What the Staff of employees who worked for CVS including the Pharmacist didn't put me thru to to receive them.The Staff of Employees who Worked at this CVS in the PHARMACY including the Pharmacist were the WORST! These were the WORST People I have ever seen in my Life. They were Rude, Mean, withheld your Medications,Very Unprofessional! I didn't understand how they were allowed to Treat people the way they did. Including the Pharmacist. My hands were tied at the time ^ had to use CVS & I did at the time want to call & make a complaint but i couldn't, Because this is where i received my Medications from & they would get Meaner& Retaliate. I didn't ask to get sick & Not be able to Walk, but I had to try & be Positive the Best i can to get my Health better for me! I did switch to another CVS location,over time.But Still the same Attitudes from the Staff behind the PHARMACY Counter.Nobody likes being Mistreated or Abused especially when you aren't in the Nest of Health. The pharmacy here continues to disappoint. When there's an issue with a prescription, there's no communication from the pharmacy. If they don't have enough medication to fill the prescription, why not call me and tell me they're ordering it or that I need to take it to another store? This is not the first time they've had a prescription for several days and the only way I found out there was a problem was by coming into the store and asking why it hasn't been filled. The pharmacist avoided looking at me and the cashier kept talking over me instead of answering my question. She was rude, as if by asking questions I somehow offended her personally. Walgreens has always been a better quality store but this CVS was convenient in location. I will drive to Walgreens from now on. Their stores are clean and their staff pleasant. read more

I have been to this particular CVS several times and I was treated very nice. It is the closest CVS to my home and in the last 6 months I have to go at least once a week due to a foot injury. The pharmacy and the front area has always been so helpful. So I am writing this review to thank them for all of there help during such difficult times. And I always ask a million questions! Drug pricing ! I left the hospital with a prescription for a antibiotic called Linezolid 600 mg. A 10 day supply. Clerk tell me a price of 1000.00 then I question him so he goes to GoodRx now says $757.95 . I say what happened to my insurance coverage. Which they never use till I complain. He says come back in 20 minutes. I am told to go to the end go the line. Finally they tell me I have a co pay of $66. So I look up GoodRx and a local store wants $43 and no co pay. So I leave and fill it for $43 . That cost of 1000 would have been used against my donut hole. This is a terrible scam trying to bleed you dry. read more

This CVS is across the street from my work and they do a great job here! They keep their store well stocked and organized. Anytime that I've ever gone there for a coupon deal or sale and they've run out of stock, they've given me another brand of equal or better value as a substitute. The only downside to this location is that there is a bus stop at the intersection, which leaves a lot of homeless and sketchy people hanging around. Avoid eye contact (just kidding!) and you should be ok! For the record, I've never had any problems here :) read more

The customer service is beyond terrible both from the staff, the pharmacy staff, and the manager. I received a call telling me my prescription was ready for pick up. I got there and the pharmacy staff told me that I was not in the system. What am I supposed to do with that information? They had no idea how to move forward from the situation and told me to go find a different pharmacy. I called the manager and the manager told me that I was wrong and that I should record my phone call and listen to what he just said, that I was wrong. He said he doesn't have time to be a broken record for customers. He has more important things to do he said. Why would I waste my time going to the pharmacy to pick up my medication if it was not ready for pick up? I repeated the phone number that I received a call from saying that it was ready for pick up to the staff member and it turned out to be the correct phone number and the correct location for my prescription. They left me with no other option but to call corporate, and I may be wrong but I highly doubt they care. Every single CVS in the area has bad reviews and are notorious for being terrible with customers. I am at fault for giving them a second chance when I should've read the reviews before hand. Not one of the pharmacy staff that I dealt with including a lady by the name of S'more and the manager which was a man, not one person there deserves a job anywhere with customers speaking to them like that. It is completely disgusting the way the staff looks at you, speaks to you, and what little knowledge they have about their job. I hope this location gets what they deserve and gets put out of business. read more

I only use this pharmacy because it's in my insurance provider's network and Walgreens is not. I would have given the store a minus if I could. I've lived in the neighborhood for 15 years and only occasionally used CVS because of the consistently poor customer service. Today I went to the store at 8:17 am to pick up my last 2018 prescription and found the pharmacy closed. On my way out I asked a man behind the counter what time the pharmacy opened and, looking up from his phone, said, "9 o'clock- same as always." Taken aback I said, well I don't come here that often, to which he replied, "Yes, 9. It's on signs in the store and on the front door." That kind of open rudeness was such a shock I just left. I can't avoid going back because I need the medication, but I intend to let everyone concerned with CVS know that I will never set foot in one again. Their pharmacy techs are often abrupt and rarely make an effort to be friendly. Thankfully I have a new insurance provider for 2019 and can return to Walgreens, where I've enjoyed exceptional service for years. read more

I was at the pharmacy yesterday and Yvette told me the tiny bottle of eye drops was $240.00 as my insurance wasn't going to cover this. I was shocked as anyone would be. She preceded to get a coupon from my eye surgeon and saved me $150.00. I was so grateful and she was as nice as could be. I have never had rude customer service but she certainly stands out. This is probably the worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. They not only rarely have my medications in stock, but the main pharmacist (the older always seemingly grumpy gentleman) is extremely rude every time. Just today I took my prescription to drop it off and was told, by him, (again, the HEAD pharmacist) that they had my script in stock and would be ready in an hour. 4 hours go by and still nothing, so I called. Turns hot they don't have it in stock and have to order it yet didn't feel the need to call and inform me that I will have to go even longer without my important prescription. Im changing pharmacies immediately and for anyone that is younger than 30, be expected to be profiled and treated like shit. Don't go to this pharmacy. read more

Wow. The people at the pharmacy have to be the rudest group of staff I have ever encountered. My doctor called my prescription in personally yesterday and the grumpy chick at the counter (who finally acknowledged me after 5 minutes) kept repeating herself stating that the prescription was just called in. Then she told me I have to wait a half hour. So I walked around the store and grabbed a few things. Came back to the pharmacy counter where she told me to move out of the way for other customers (nobody in line by the way). Still waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Again. This store is always well-stocked, they have great sales and I have never had an issue with getting my prescriptions in a timely manner. However, they need to light up their parking lot at night and get rid of the unlit pavilion with benches on the corner in front of the store. Who in their right mind though that was a good idea? I have witnessed drug transactions going on there or right in the parking lot behind it, an obviously impaired woman screaming at the other people congregating on the benches, and people sleeping under it. No one in the nice buildings going up around there is going to walk their family to CVS if they have to pass unstable, impaired people on the way. Not my favorite CVS Store.The pharmacy techs just give random people anyone's medications . They don't ask for ID or special permissions. I was right behind a car and they gave them my sons medication so unprofessional and the tech didn't try to stop the car or even apologize . She claims someone was on the phone feeding the person in the car info on the name and birthdate of my son. How do they know it's authentic? Now if I was to make a lawsuit ,would I be wrong?
