She refused my packages u til she could actually follow me back to my house to give them to me even after I verified the order on my cell. I'm ok. First Time this has ever happened. This Walmart was huge. A real supercenter. So, it took a bit walking around from one end to the other as we needed to scout out a couple things in various departments. We were in the area following our lunch and saw that this was the closest Walmart. It was a bit hidden off the main street, but still easy to find once we realized that Old Boynton and regular Boynton were two different streets. They had a lot of shopping carts available as you entered the store. They had a lot of stock. The aisles were clear. The shelves were fairly neat and organized. My favorite part of my shopping experience here was that they had several cashiers working and you didn't have to wait in a long line or use self-check-out if you didn't want to do so. We prefer to use a "people" line to ensure that they keep their jobs. And, yes, we'd return if in this area. read more

Customer service called for an associate (numerous times!) to help us with a very heavy item. Nobody came. Almost an hour later, we flagged down some poor female associate who probably got a hernia lifting the items. We spent 50 minutes on what should've taken 10 minutes. We'll never be back, under any circumstances. I'd rather pay more and get better service. The problem is management. The management at this store is non-existent. When you have a bunch of minimum wage workers, management becomes crucial to mitigate against lazy and unmotivated workers. I hope Walmart takes notice and puts someone in charge that makes this store run better. read more

Most Super Walmarts are the same, large big box retailers where you can get anything from toothpicks to HD TVs and computers. I was in the area and I decided to check this one out, since I had never been to it before. The parking lot is pretty large but also very busy. Lots of people come to this store. I wanted to check on some lamps for the condo and they had a good selection of floor lamps at various prices. I did not interact with any of the staff while at the store, but the ones that I saw working looked very determined and focused on their jobs. I use the self checkout every time I can. read more

Shopping at walmart last week and went to self checkout so another doesn't have to handle my groceries. I had 2 items that came up wrong. Person came over and after 15 minutes trying to bring it up on their phone, one of them went physically to go check it out. Came back and threw it down and said no it came up right price. Now I know what price I saw because I was thinking on getting 2 if that item. And she never checked the other item I said was wrong. Asked fir a store manager and I thought she called one. Another 15 or 20 minutes go by so I asked again and a different person said I had to go find the store manager. I told her I dont work here and she laughed at me. Im waiting and she never went. Meanwhile my husband's legs are getting weak from standing too long. I yelled at the girl I need a store manager again she laughed and said I have to get her myself. So I went to find her, and now I'm fuming. When I get back, someone is arguing with my husband because I yelled at the walmart employee and now they are going at it. All I needed was for that guy to hit my husband because he couldn't mind his own business, my husband would have fallen. All because the walmart employee wouldn't do her job. The manager took care of the problem, but now I had to redo my order because it timed out. Again the employee laughed at me. She should be fired! The store did not have the sale item (air pod 2). While In the store, I ordered them on line. I used 2 Walmart gift cards and 1 credit card for the purchase. The AirPod box was delivered a day LATE by Fed.Ex. The box was OBVIOUSLY tampered with. Razor sharp opening and sloppily resealed .The box was EMPTY!! After 3 attempts to get a refund with customer service to no avail, I spoke to the manager, Ayesha. She assured me that within 7 hours of our phone call, I would see the refund of $173.00 on my on line Walmart gift card account and within 7-10 days, the balance refund on my credit card. Here I am 4 days later and still NO REFUND. Customer service...crickets!!! I will NEVER shop Walmart again. I have completed their survey with great dissatisfaction and posted on their help website. This review is for the Pickup services. I was asked to purchase a gift only sold at Wal-mart, and I used their app to purchase it before it was sold out, with a 'pickup from store' option. The item was available to be picked up from this store. This was my first time using this 'Pickup' option, which was available for no extra cost. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but I was given 4 days to pick it up. I was surprised that as soon as I pulled into the main part of the parking lot, from Old Boynton Beach Road, clear signs immediately pointed me to a 'Pickup' area. Like... many, many signs... Wal-Mart Boynton Beach has designated one side of the building to this Pickup endeavor,even painting the wall here yellow to match the yellow pickup signs, I think? I pulled into one of the many parking lots and followed the instructions on my App and on the sign. Within minutes, a nice employee knocked on my car window and handed me my item in a bag. I could not believe how simple this process was and how little effort I had to exert! I would definitely use this option again in the future if 'needed.' Apparently, this carry-to-car and special pickup section is not something every store has. The companion gift I ordered was only available at the Jupiter Wal-mart, and I was so surprised to find no signs for pickup and that this store required me to go inside to pick it up. Honesty left speechless for how their OPD department operates.So incredibly unorganized.Driver often have to cancel their pickups leaving customers upset. There are certain things I go to certain stores for. At this Walmart location I shop for 22 ounce cans of Special Kitty cat food. I help care for a colony so value is important. This $2 large size is great for mixing in with dry food for my group. Other local locations don't carry this size can. They are definitely not 24 hours as of today and they do this weird thing with the shopping carts to block one of the entryways but I don't mind it. This Walmart has been here forever and as long as I can remember, it tends to have the worst customer service. My experience at checking in my car to get it serviced was ABSOLUTELY terrible. Mario and the Assistant Manager Brandon were terribly rude and yes, I get it, you're busy but don't treat your customers in such a manner. Furthermore, Brandon was mumbling and speaking in a low voice so HOW do you expect anyone to hear you? Especially with a whole line of people making noise in the background as well..? So I told him clearly, I can't hear you when you mumble. Rather than correcting it to let me hear. He proceeds to defend himself rudely and say with an attitude, I'm not mumbling (again in a low mumbling voice). Went to the pharmacy department to pick up two items we had text about, and was told that this store carried the two items. When we could not find the items we asked for help. One associate told us she was busy and could not help and the second said she was doing inventory items so hurry up and tell me what u are looking for. Finally went to the pharmacy. This location is usually humming with activity - but it is close to the relatives and I find myself in here way more than I should be. The availability of items was always pretty good pre-pandemic but it is somewhat more of a hit or miss proposition these days, but compared to other Walmarts in the area, this location is usually pretty good with item availability. Plenty of self-checkout registers but again, since it is always busy there is usually a wait to get paid and get out. The number one thing that absolutely drives me bonkers is the crushed rock parking lot - you will shake your fillings loose pushing the cart back to your car. Give it a whirl. As I ran down the main aisle, I saw in the corner of my eyes, blue face masks for $26/box of 25. Due to the price for disposables, I was not motivated to buy. I was in the Walmart Supercenter on Old Boynton Blvd, Boynton Beach a few days ago. I went to buy the Morning Star frozen veggie Burgers Original. Only 2 packages were in the closed door freezer with other varities of veggie burgers. I put those 2 pkgs in my cart. As I was passing by an open topped freezer, I saw it was full of the Veggie Burgers Originals. Tons were in that freezer. I picked up a pkg of 8 burgers and they were totally thawed out. Most of the other pkgs were thawed out. Those burgers are supposed to be kept frozen! There were no managers to be found to report this. This is unacceptable to us Walmart customers. Sad that I had to see how they treated the food that I was going to eat! Shame on Walmart! read more

Walmart Auto Center is a joke. I went there for a new battery last Thursday 8/15/24. I was given a price and I told them to go ahead and change the battery. The tech takes out the old battery and tells me the battery they sold me is the wrong battery, so I said ok get me the right battery and install it. He goes in the stockroom and tells me they don't have the battery in stock but it is coming in tonight after 5. I said ok when it comes in call me and I will come over to have it installed. Well guess what never received a phone call. I had to go out of town until Tuesday, so Tuesday morning went to Walmart and gave them my slip with the order on it from last Thursday and the clerk bring out the wrong battery again. I explain to him that I need a battery with a memory an AGM battery which they sell. The clerk tells me they don't have batteries with memories and throws out my paperwork and moves on to the next customer waiting. Walmart is Walmart is Walmart. This one is a bit old and rusted but gets the job done. Miscellaneous items can be hard to find because your literally going thru all the aisles and can't seem to find that one thing that you need. There are usually no employees around to help and if there are, they avoid you. As far as cash registers, at night very few are open. However the self check outs are usually open and you can do it yourself and not wait 30 minutes. The parking lot usually has carts all around so park your car safely but the parking situation is not bad. The parking lot itself is very big. This Walmart is convenient for me since its in Boynton. Plus it's a one stop store if I have to get wide range of category items. It is located right across from the Boynton Beach Mall. read more

When I asked her again about the tire she told me I was interrupting her text conversing her boyfriend and I should get out of her face and leave. Terrible service I woke up today in the morning and called Walmart to see if my tires were ready before I got there. I scheduled a appointment by the way at 9am, I was calling at 8. This place is nasty AF! Disorganized like a bish! Strolled through last night trying to check out Halloween costumes and was completely disgusted with the place. Walking outside there were employees at the front of the store not doing ish! Inside there were aisles unkempt, merchandise all over, and I can't even begin to describe some of the people that seemed to have crawled out of some nasty gunk to shop after dark. Truly like the walking dead. Most of the Halloween items seemed to be geared towards children and plenty of home decorations but nothing for adults outside of some gangster dress?? I had to talk with 3 blue shirts before someone was able to help me. And her advise, "don't buy anything in this store because the return policies are too lax." I don't think I've ever done a faster U-turn. I was just thankful not to have to stand in one of those crazy long lines. Gone are the days when you'd see someone open up a register to shorten lines. I try to avoid this Walmart on weekends because they always have super long lines and not enough cashiers. However this being the day before Fathers Day, and me having purchased the wrong smoker at another Walmart several days before, I had no choice. The wait at customer service was not too bad, but only one cashier. The grills and smokers are in the garden center. My daughter points out the smoker my husband wants. Fantastic, it's on the top shelf. Not a regular isle top shelf either. I get in line wait for 5 minutes or so and I'm told that I have to get someone to get the smoker down for me first, he can't ring it up or let me pay for it without physically having it at the register. I ask if he can call someone to help me, he cups one hand around his mouth and yells to another employee while waving his other arm. Okay, I was thinking more along the lines of using a walkie-talkie or the intercom, but whatever. The cashiers method not being effective I head off in search of someone to assist me. It must have been my lucky day because I found someone right away. When I show her where the smoker is she says she will be right back. I get back in line hoping that it will be good timing and she will get the smoker just as I get back to the front of the line. No such luck. I begin to wave other customers in front of me as I watch the employee that is supposed to help me, help other customers. I figured she forgot about me so I tried the cupping my hand around my mouth and waving my arm trick I'd seen the cashier do. I was no more successful than he was. The guy behind me promises to hold my spot, while I try and wrangle my helper back to her task. I reach her just as she finishes with another customer, and low and behold 3 other employees show up at the same time. We all make our way back to the smoker. They for a circle and discuss a plan of attack. Next a large machine is brought out. It bumps into obstacles along the way to its destination. By this time I have forgotten about the wait and am thoroughly entertained by this spectacle. A small crowd has gathered, I am feeling a bit of a celebrity since many customers are asking me about what they are doing. One guy asks me questions about the smoker, he wants one now. Finally they get the smoker down after a long struggle. I asked why they would store something so heavy on a top shelf like that. She tells me it's because they didn't think anyone was going to buy it. Great! Happy Fathers Day!!! I've got to say the entire experience was worth it to see the look on one of the employees face when he asked what kind of car I had and I told him a Mini Cooper! It took 5 men to get this thing into my SUV (not a Mini Cooper), and that was with a dolly that could be raised 3/4 of the way to my tailgate. When I got home we had to cut the box off and carry it in piece by piece. Even the small pieces were HEAVY! I feel bad for being annoyed and impatient about the wait. The female employee should have told me she was waiting for 3 people to come and help her. All in all the employees were troopers. There were a couple of times the smoker looked like it was going to fall or they didn't have a good grip on it. I was nervous for them. we have thrown so much meat away at this store Even see bad meat in coolers and tell an employee and they dont care just walk away and leave it there. Nearly every week we throw away half the meat we buy because its bad. Going to try a different Walmart thats closer to us. If that meat is spoiled we will shop elsewhere.
