But then you have these specific departments like pharmacy and photo where you need individualized assistance. So now I get it. I was working on a little project for my boss and I really have not printed photos in such a long time since everything is so digital. I uploaded my photos at 7:30 in the morning and was able to pick them up by 8 o'clock yesterday. I was in a huge rush to work I ran and picked him up and left. Marie made it so easy for me and she was extremely friendly and personable. I had such a good experience that I decided to print a couple more photos and grab some frames but I really needed some guidance on the best edits and sizes to make my photos look the best. Marie was there again this morning and it was almost as if she was waiting for me specifically. She provided guidance on color and clarity and assisted me in printing the best photos for my objective. Everything came out beautifully and I left feeling very grateful for Marie's assistance. Customer service is a huge quality and I am always pleased when somebody is very patient because I ask a lot of questions about pretty much everything from printing photos to ordering a sandwich. At this point, they are making too many mistakes, and the customers are the ones paying the price. Twice in the past three weeks, I received a text telling me my script was ready for pickup. I make the trip there, only to be told they can't find it. Their computer shows that it's ready, but they misplaced it, their words, not mine. What really frustrates me is that when I said I would wait while they looked, I was told they didn't have time to search, as they are busy, and the other waiting customers come first. I was told to come back the next day so they could remake it. So now I have to make another trip because they misplaced something they told me was ready. One mistake? I can understand. Twice in three weeks? That's totally unacceptable. The worst part is that they don't seem to care, as there's no sense of urgency, no real effort to find the prescription, and no apology that makes you feel like they actually understand the inconvenience they've caused. Walgreens, do better.

Unfortunately, on this one particular day, I was notified by email that one of the prescriptions was ready for pick up. It turns out that the prescription was a generic, and I wasn't familiar with which drug it actually was. When I looked it up, it was the generic of Farxiga. I asked the pharmacist if the doctor recommended that my husband should take this? the price of the generic was $212. I am so happy I asked because they said that the Farxiga was out of stock and they were able to give me the generic. I asked "when will the original be back in stock?" they said the next day. I also asked how much was the Farxiga. They replied $98. It was not an emergency for me to pick up the generic and they did not ask me ahead of time what I wanted to do. They just put it in the bag and expected me to pay for it. I learned a very valuable lesson. I was able to stop it before I paid by asking the questions. I was very disappointed in CVS for taking advantage of me. It was over $100 difference. So my advice is to always ask when something isn't familiar, especially when it comes to drugs.

Prescriptions are filled quickly, and they offer compounding services. The store is small but they carry basic items like tissues, soap and over the counter meds. Near the front of the store, they have a small assortment of cold soft drinks, and they also have some candy near the cash registers. Apex offers free local delivery. Unlike the chain drugstores, they actually answer the phone and they don't put you on hold. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Nice people, quick turnaround time and supporting a local business is important.

The staff is incredible especially the manager, Chris. I'm here all the time before work. Usually its around 6ish which is early, but I have to be at work early & this is the only location near my office that is open this early. I showed up at my normal time this morning. Today is our Secret Santa in my office. I have a gift in my car but I was in desperate need of tissue paper and a Christmas bag. I didn't pick this up over the weekend because I knew this was one errand that can wait until Monday morning. This morning they weren't allowing customers in because their cash registers were down. I understand but I couldn't go to work without a Christmas bag. I asked for the manager, only because I know he knows who I am since I am there several times a week. Chris graciously allowed me to come inside and pick a bag and tissue paper. I offered to leave my credit card and I also offered to leave cash. I wasn't looking for anything for free. Chris insisted not to worry and he had it covered! I couldn't believe how much he helped me this morning. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and I greatly appreciated his help. I called him once I arrived at work~just to let him know how much he helped me and how much I appreciated his help. In today's world, it is a breath of fresh air when someone goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. I will stop in tomorrow morning and settle up with him. This store has a great team and it's all due to the management. Honestly, Chris didn't have to do what he did, but because he went above and beyond, I will never forget how kind he was to me. He was my own personal Santa Claus!!! Now I can bag up my gift for my colleague and not be embarrassed because I didn't have a cheerful holiday bag. This station, located in front of the Delray Square Shopping Center, anchored by Publix, Planet Fitness, Hobby Lobby, and more has just under 20 pumps if I am correct, which are well spaced and additionally, can be accessed by multiple feeds, making it fairly easy for motorists to enter and exit the station. Also, the Rebel convenience store is well stocked and clean! However, what really stands out was the service by provided by Hubert, the Manager of this station. When me and my Mother were struggling due to one of the gas pumps not pumping gas (despite prepaying), Hubert took the initiative and hand pumped it. He did not have to do this, but he was so kind and went above and beyond! Additionally, the other staff here, like Monica, another lady who usually works the register, are very nice too! While I will gladly use this station out of convenience, Hubert's willingness to go above and beyond will make this gas station even more of a regular stop for me!
