The worst customer service. My prescription was in back order for 2 weeks and they couldn't help me transfer it or expedite the order. Their response was "be patient, we are busy". How do they expect someone to go without medication for this long??? They are always "understaffed". Cool, so I'll just suffer without medication while you guys figure out how to hire people. Worst CVS... I wouldn't waste your time going here if you need employee assistance at all. Terrible customer service. I went in to get my passport photos taken after calling in and asking if they were available to take them earlier that day. After waiting in line for 10 minutes because the employee was talking to her friend, it was finally my turn. I approached the register & asked if she could please take my passport photo as I had called a little earlier. The employee, looked at the line that was created in her 10 minute chat with her friend & said, "oh sorry, the camera is not working, it might work tomorrow..." My thoughts: But you take photos with a digital camera... but I just called lol I then proceeded to go to the CVS off victory. The staff is much more accommodating & caring. It took the employee maybe 5 min to help me thoroughly. If you need passport photos, go there! Honestly if you need anything, just go there. The CVS on the hill is terrible. read more

Never use this pharmacy! They are awful at their jobs in so many ways: 1) Never properly staffed. Always long lines and one person moving at a glacial pace behind the counter. 2) Horrible customer service. If the one person behind the counter were moving at a reasonable pace, the wait wouldn't be so long. However, no one there cares about their customers' experience, so they don't make any effort to help their customers with any urgency whatsoever. Furthermore, no one takes any initiative/ownership of solving customers' problems. It's always some issue that is somehow our issue to fix rather than them trying to find a solution to us. 3) Their computer system is messed up and no one has any interest in fixing it. Every single time I've been there, there is some kind of issue with my prescription. My doctors are always baffled at whatever issue they have since these are never issues at any other pharmacy. And again, no interest or ownership in helping solve the problem, just another homework assignment for me after I've waited half an hour in the interminable line. 4) The pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. He is highly defensive and does not take any responsibility for any issues that may be occurring. He doesn't seem to realize that he is in a customer service job, and his customers are very unhappy with the job he is doing. They basically should be ashamed with themselves. This store had employees that are not professional or kind at all. I had been waiting for help in cosmetic department for a while when I went to ask a team member named Alfonzo and he said they're very busy and told me to look at all the people he had in front of him , and I said well you should have more staff . And he said you're right and then turned to his associate and repeated what I said while laughing. I walked back to the cosmetic department, a woman approached my daughter and I, grabbed our items and then started walking away without saying anything. Of course I was confused and I asked her if she could let us know what was going on. The woman started arguing with us saying that that was the way they've always done it. Though I had no problem with my items being brought up to the register, only wished she had communicated that instead of rudely walking away and assuming I'd know their protocol. Horrible Service at this CVS pharmacy rude staff. There is a big line of patients waiting for their RX and all they doing is laughing and joking. I got there at 8:30 my doctor send my RX at 7:45 and it wasn't ready and they could expedite my medication when they close at 9:00pm. Oh Lord, where to start. 1) Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone, even on repeated tries. I actually drove to the store to complain. "Sir, we are giving out covid shots and don't have enough people!," the tech exclaimed. Oh. Well. That explains it. 2) Staff is consistently rude. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AND CVS!!! Mary at the pharmacy yelled at me today in a very abusive, unacceptable way! I have never been yelled at like that by an employee ever before. She tried to close the pharmacy early. I got in line at 5:45 pm. The pharmacy doesn't close until 6. She then screamed at me because she didn't want to help anyone. Just got last minute Christmas cards done. It was super easy online and it was ready in store in 20 mins which was great. I got there super excited and when I saw the cards I was so disappointed. The image was completely blurry. I paid for a high resolution image on Etsy to make sure it was nice so I knew it wasn't my image. The lady who helped me asked if I would like them reprinted. She called the store manger over, the name is Darlene. Darlene decided that my cards were just fine and that " I can take them or leave them". She wouldn't reprint or offer any other solutions. She was extremely rude, she said what she had to say and walked away and I was left at the register alone. I had to ask an employee if she would check me out. Another side note about Darlene: she was wear a rhinestone mask which was completely see through and offered no protection. Please avoid her if your trying to be Covid safe. read more

I would give Tamra 0 star for her lack of professionalism. She refused to fill my prescription with Kaiser even though I have done this many times at cvs pharmacies before. After she learned that I know that a KP prescription can be filled at CVS, she then proceeds to tell me that I need to call KP to have them transfer it and that it would take 24 hours. Asked Fernando to unlock the security tab for me and proceeds to tell me that I don't need false lashes because my natural ones are better and how he prefers woman with natural beauty. Growing up and getting married in Burbank helped me realize that this store only helps their kind, they have haughty looks especially, RITA. Nevertheless, my medicine was denied and it's seriously dangerous since I could have epileptic seizures if I don't take as perscribed. HUGE HEALTH RISK AT THIS PHARMACY Thank you CVS for dropping the ball on my husband's prescriptions. The poor guy just got out of surgery and is sitting in the car, in pain....while CVS doesn't do their job. First of all, I made sure the Dr office called the prescription in. I was there while they talked to Lucine. I get to the pharmacy....and not only did they not even input the prescription, but they are out of the painkiller my husband needs. Mind you, I'm writing this at the pharmacy counter. Now I have to wait for the meds, while my man is in the car. What was the point of even calling it in? Thanks for nothing One last thing I need to add..... One of the prescriptions they gave me (after waiting for 40 minutes...) is a prescription for antibiotics. On the bottle the description said to take the pills every 2 hours until the pills were gone. That sounded off to me and when the doctor called my husband to check on him, I asked him about that. CVS GAVE MY HUSBAND THE WRONG INSTRUCTIONS OF USE. If we followed the 2 hours in the bottle, he would have destroyed his stomach and ended up in the Hospital. I blame management at the pharmacy. I don't think they care about their reputation at all. I went through their reviews and it's embarrassing. I get automated phone calls all the time that there's medication ready to be picked up. I go to pick it up and of course they make me wait 20 to 30 minutes each time. Today they made me wait 40 minutes, the first 20 minutes I went back to remind them that I was waiting. They said 20 more minutes so I waited again just to be told that they didn't have the medicine. The wait time for calls is ridiculous. I understand needing to be on hold for 5 minutes, but waiting almost 20 is unacceptable. When I went to get a prescription filled by a doctor, I was told they had none in stock and would get it to me "next week sometime." I need this medication to function and they didn't seem to care or put an emphasis on getting it to me in a timely manner. It's been a week and they still have not updated me on when they will get my medication in. Worst of all, I was prescribed a necessary prep-medication for an upcoming procedure and it has been 4 days and my prescription is still on hold. I need this medication by tomorrow and I literally cannot have this procedure done if I don't take this medication, yet it is still on hold. Neglectful, slothful and just unprofessional. I bought a Prepaid Visa card, and Mylene was supposed to activate the card. Truth is that she was a nice lady, but also completely clueless as to what she was supposed to do. I put $60 into the card. I said, "Are you sure this card is activated?" and she said yes. It ends up that the card was not activated. I went in for a refund and the manager, Ricardo, said he couldn't refund the card and that I had to talk to Visa. What a great way to sucker in customers, get them to pay you $60, and LIE to them. As others have noted, this place is completely incompetent. They must hire people off the streets. And Ricardo, perhaps if you didn't go outside to take so many smoke breaks, your store would have a better reputation. read more

I had made an appointment through the cvs website for a COVID booster shot. Arrived 5 min before the appointment time and informed the pharmacist of my appointment. The pharmacist sharply tells me that I'm wrong and checks on the computer of my appointment time. And tells me that it is 45 minutes later. I genuinely thought that I had made a mistake and apologized to the pharmacist. But upon double checking the text reminder from cvs and the verification email from cvs, I realized that I was correct and tried to show the appointment time on my phone. The pharmacist did not care. The most disturbing part was that the pharmacist was very rude the entire time and made it seem as if I did something wrong. I will not recommend this location at all. read more

I needed something out of electronics. I asked a staff member to help open the case. Instead of calling in or helping she said I needed to go over and push the service button. I went back and pushed it, waited for a few minutes until a staffer came by. I thought he was here to help open the case, so I asked if he could open the case. He then told me I didn't push the button. For the record, I did and I heard the sound when I did. He went and got the key and I went on my way. CVS has a good extra care/rewards program. The pharmacy is often a long wait, no matter what time of day...you just have to suck it up, browse, smile, take deep breaths, stretch. Every twentieth or so visit, you get lucky -- no line, attention paid. This CVS location shares a parking lot with Ralph's, Habit Burger. The staff is usually friendly and accommodating. Had to go to CVS 2 days in a row be use pharmacy can take seemingly forever and when you're sick, the wait is unbearable. read more
