Love the new location. It is a little further from my house, but they do offer free delivery and even though it's street parking, it has never been a problem to find a spot right in front. Christine and Marina are truly the best pharmacist ever! They are so sweet and go the extra mile every time! You are name, a face, a story.... not a number herded through queues only to be shuffled to another line. The minute you walk in the door, you are family! What a great find! I used to get my prescriptions filled at CVS, but after the long wait times and rude service I figured it was time to take my business elsewhere. I came across this pharmacy while grabbing a bite to eat next door and couldn't be happier! The staff is so wonderful and friendly, with short wait times and competitive prices. The pharmacist's are also very knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. If I have any questions, they always take the time to answer or clarify things for me. They even offered to stay open a little late after business hours when traffic was really bad one Friday afternoon so I could pick up my fathers medicine. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND READ I must start by saying that they do not care for any of your needs,I called at 9 am spoked to the owner and asked if they deliver and she says they did, I requested my medication and told her that I had surgery the day before so I needed my pain killers, by noon I called back and she had forgotten about me, she stated that they couldn't deliver my medicine until after 4 pm which by now I was in severe pain,not to mention how price they are which I did not care to pay for since I did not have anyone to pick up the medication for me. After a long frustrating battle with CVS, I decided to get my monthly prescription filled at Landmark seeking better customer service. I had never used a boutique pharmacy before so I was expecting a more personal, positive experience. But after many months of back-to-back negative experiences, I have realized that I was actually better off at a large pharmacy like CVS because the problems I had with CVS were minimal compared to the problems I've had with Landmark. During the few months I've been going to Landmark, they have: - Given me the wrong medication. - Rarely ever called me to let me know my prescription was ready (I would always have to call myself and check). - Completely neglected to fill my order even though it's on auto-refill. When I asked how it didn't get filled, the lady I spoke with said, "we have a long list, I guess we missed it." During my frustrating CVS days, I've never had a single experience with them missing my auto-refill order. - Lost a new prescription that my doctor sent directly to them. I found this out when I decided to leave Landmark and go back to CVS. When CVS called them for the prescription, they told them they don't have a new one on file. When I called Landmark to ask about it, they just said, "I don't know what happened, but we don't have it." When a new prescription from my doctor was sent to Landmark a couple months back, I called to confirm that they had received it...and they confirmed and filled it. So, I know they had it on file. I thought Landmark would be the solution to my pharmacy problems, but I guess I thought wrong. Not only did they make the mistakes listed above, but their over-the-phone customer service was lacking as well. Some employees didn't know how to answer some of my questions or gave me wrong answers. I'm glad I'm no longer getting my prescriptions filled at Landmark. I'm back at a different CVS (inside Target store) and so far they've been very communicative with me and have been easy to work with. I highly recommend avoiding Landmark at all costs. After dealing with a large chain CVS and long lines let alone grumpy staff and a medication that wasn't ours we decided to go to Landmark. Constantly messing up perscriptions . They never seem to know what's going on when you inquire about you prescriptions. The added attitude about it doesn't help either. I think this place has some major organizational issues and lacks in costomer service. Save yourself the frustration, you are better off going to CVS. read more

Today Landmark specialty pharmacy proved that they are the worst pharmacy! A few weeks ago the delivery person called me and asked if it is okay to drop off the RX in my mailbox and I said yes for some reason he changed his mind and dropped off the RX behind the gates. I have a pit-bull dog and the delivery person knew that he can not drop off any prescriptions without me not being home. Anyways he did drop off the prescription and my dog ate them...hopefully my dog was okay but my whole system was traumatized how careless a person can be. When I called Landmark there was one lady who apologized it and she said that the RX will be ready with no charge;however, when I came to Landmark a pharmacist had no clue what's going and refused to give me the RX without charges. After me giving the long story she still didn't want to believe it nor apologize it. Finally they got a notes written somewhere that the RX had no charges then pharmacist released it. Today I called CVS to transfer my RX;however, the pharmacist from Landmark refused to give to the CVS my RX by saying that I don't have any refills left. Checked my bottle and I had 3 refills. Moreover when I got the RX the CVS gave me the prescription with no charges when landmark kept charging me over and over stating that my insurance doesn't cover this RX. So think twice when you called Landmark pharmacy. read more

I moved over to this pharmacy after some bad experiences at a large chain. While I don't use a pharmacy all that often I've been super happy with the staff/service and I'm glad I switched even though it's a further drive. It feels like one of those mom and pop stores from long ago where they know your name and really care about you. It's mostly a dedicated pharmacy so you won't be doing shopping while you are here but they have a few shelves of essential items if you need to grab something health related like a hot water bottle or some first aid accessories. I also get the feeling it's the kind of place that if you need some home health supplies or specialty item they could probably order it for you or would know where to get it. read more

If you need an excellent pharmacy and pharmacists patronize Landmark the staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable they will go out of their way to help you. If you are unable to pick up your medication they will deliver. I have used them since they first opened on Buena Vista and they have always given first rate service. I had used CVS and Target and was dissatisfied with the service and the delivery of my medicine CVS your medication is ready you get there it's not ready although I was told on the phone it is ready. I really love my new pharmacy. Everyone that works there is so nice. They are quick to fill your medications and a nice benefit too, is if you cannot go in to pick it up they will deliver for free. And they are always very competitive with their pricing. They seem to beat everyone's prices out there. There's another big pharmacy chain out there, I won't mention any names, that typically will charge upwards of triple the amount. You can always count on Landmark to give you a good fair price. Finding a good pharmacy is very hard. Finding an excellent is near impossible, Till i found the landmark pharmacy with 2 best ever pharmacist. MARINA AND KRISTINA . If there was a rating of 7 diamonds ,i will rate them 7 plus . The pharmacists job is not just counting pills ( i can teach a monkey to do that .lol) . What makes those duo perfect ( sorry no margin of error when it comes to medicine ) is their caring and passion about a patient well being and vast knowledge about medicine and what works better based on patient's needs .
