I was searching everywhere for the 32-pack of Bluey kids' Valentine's cards for my daughter's very first Valentine's party at school this Friday, and they were nowhere to be found on the sales floor. Vanessa didn't brush me off or give a generic answer -- she jumped in, helped me search, and then took the extra step of going into the back warehouse. She tracked down an entire misplaced case and made it happen for us. Thanks to her extra effort, my daughter gets to bring the Valentines she was excited about, and this dad gets to come through. I only recommend it if it's past midnight and there's nowhere else to go for miles! The positive - they're open 24/7. I appreciate that as well as many others. Especially since No one's open late anymore - seems the NWO tyranny has rolled out. ( in case you were asleep ) I also think the employees are pretty ok. They're always friendly and helpful. Better than many others out there. There's a good vibe in CVS. For these 2 reasons, I'm giving 2 stars. 1 for each good point. The negative - They are RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! CVS is the BIGGEST RIPOFF out there! Example: A bottle of shampoo $11 while it's $9 at Walgreens and $7 at Walmart. Deodorant: $11.89 | $9.89 at Walgreens | $7.25 at Walmart. It's like this with EVERYTHING there! You'll pay $100 for the same exact items you do at elsewhere for $60 Granted everything is WAY OVERPRICED NOW - IT'S ABSOLUTE BULL$**T...but CVS is the WORST, WORST...I think their even worse than 7-11. I've had a pleasant experience at the CVS since I moved here back in 2025, but today was horrible. I was getting my wife and my prescriptions and the older lady at the register called over a pharmacist because she needed a DUR. The pharmacist can over and starting talking about how the medicine should be taken, I let him finish speaking and calmly told him that my wife knows because she's a doctor. His main ignorant comment was "I highly doubt it." And he walked away with an attitude mumbling towards me. The pharmacist is a shorter male below approximately 5'3-5'6ish, either middle eastern or Indian descent. I train medical professionals in interpersonal skills and this type of behavior was not professional and very disgusting. The date I went was today 4.3.26 around 4:48 pm. Because of this my wife and I are seriously considering changing pharmacies. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

The pharmacist working there during 3-330 am was highly agitated and aggressive and refused to give me my refill. I have a video of him crashing out that I'm going to post, because I gave him my birthday twice and he was not paying attention and I called him out for being unfocused and unprofessional. He became bugged eyed and more agitated and then refused to give my prescription. How professional is that. I plan on filing a complaint with the state of California pharmacy board. What a wacko. Also The overnight manager there, a very balding man in his 60s, was even more useless, when I asked him about a store manager. Wow. What an experience. This is the worst place to get your prescriptions. They are slow and unhelpful with no communication with each other. On one occasion I was sent to a different window for them to send me back to the window I began with. The lady up front Maddie argued with me and said she couldn't find my prescription because I told her a different name. Why would I tell her a different name?? I even spelled it out for her when I first walked up to the window to make the process faster. She is very rude and dismissive to the customers. Zero stars for Maddie. read more

I came into this location as what I wanted was in stock on their app. I walked over to where it would be and couldn't find it, so I proceeded to walk down every aisle in the section and still couldn't find it. And granted I did this twice as I thought maybe I missed it the first time, no.. it was nowhere in the store where I could find it to the visible eye. I then finally found an employee on the floor stocking some items so I walked to her for help and she told me she came from another store and couldn't help me and to walk up front to ask for help. So I got in line and a young man looked it up via the store phone and found that it was located on an end cap that was being blocked by some chairs. So if people were in those chairs I would have never thought to look behind them to see if there were products sold there. Im just glad I was able to get the item, even looking lost in the store for ten minutes to find out one employee couldn't help me and the one that did was super friendly about it. Also get a cvs card and download the app to add your coupons and reward bucks to it, I got $3 off which isn't much but it saved me some cash so I'll take it. read more

We normally go to Walgreens for our prescriptions but my husbands work offers a program through CVS so we switched his. The store parking is usually plentiful and there is a good selection of products in the store. It is really convenient that it is 24 hours. I do have to report that the store is usually unkept with debris on the floor and shelves always messy. It may seem like a small thing to point out but when your always in stores that are clean and organized, it stands out when one is not. This store is a complete mess. I visited today 6/26/25 at 10:30 am. It looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in years. There were no carts. The restroom in the back was not working and a sign said use restroom in the front. It was behind an unmarked gate and the clerk said move the gate the restrooms are there. There were 2. There were no locks on the doors for privacy. One was more disgusting than the other. Filthy toilet seats and etched carvings on the toilet seat. No paper towels and the hand dryer didn't work. Agree with other reviewers, wish I could give a zero star rating. CVS fails to be a Minute Clinic. Service is extremely slow despite having an appointment. The room where they administer injections is EXTREMELY dirty and would not recommend receiving any injections here. It was clear the Pharmacist administering the injection had very little experience, as the syringe wobbled terribly in her hand and also in my arm (!!). It was a terrible experience. I encourage all to go somewhere else for their vaccines. read more

I have been going to this location for 12 years and I am upset enough to leave this review as I sit in front of the store! I made my purchase that came out to $35.03. All I had was a $100 bill accidentally leaving my cards at home when I cleaned my purse. As I handed it to Ron he made a comment "All you people come in here at night and take all my money that I can't give others change." I told him this is all I have. His response ," That's what they all say." He pulls the money out of the drawer and makes a pile consisting of one $20 and two $10 bills; lays out a pile of four $5 bills and one with four $1 bills. Never picks them up to hand them to me, so I had to pick them up off the counter myself as he said "There goes all the change for other people." I don't appreciate someone trying to guilt me into changing my form of payment. Maybe it's time he retires. read more

Yes. It's a CVS. It's a mess - like all CVS stores. The staff makes up for it, especially Luis in the pharmacy. He must see thousands of people every week but he always remembers to ask me if I need to pick up prescriptions for my husband. The pharmacists are compassionate and willing to discuss options if your drug isn't in stock or if there are negative combinations of medications. It's a huge plus they are open 24/7. read more

She was so unbelievably rude at the drop off that any positive experience with that pharmacy was destroyed. The pharmacy used to be good. Now is horrible! I am at this point on hold to speak with someone in the pharmacy department. I have been on hold for 49 minutes. They ask you to use their app. I do. Then I get a message that I must speak to someone! So I'm stuck! I don't blame the employees, they are working hard. I've seen them go from 4-6 employees down to two. The service here was trash today !! I went in at 6:42 am to see if I can get a transaction done. The old man in the front was rude from the get ! Unbelievably bad customer service on the pharmacy side. The management needs to re-evaluate their staffing. I only saw four people working and one gentleman handling the extensive line inside. No one was answering the phone who I had rang off the hook. My son and I left Urgent Care in Stevenson Ranch at 12:30pm to head home in Canyon Country. The closest pharmacy is this CVS. Convient and normally has all meds that my family is usually prescribed. I say "normally" as during the flu season they do run out and we go across the street. We went through the drive in as it was convenient for us and my son who was now fast asleep in the back battling his illness. Waited for nearly 20-25 minutes to be told oh your prescription won't be ready for another 15min and one was an over the counter one. I'd have to come in. Mind you to travel from Stevenson Ranch to Canyon Country takes 30min, we waited 25 min in line, totaling 55min for them to pull the meds and put it in a little plastic box, print out the prescription and put it in the ready section. Nearly an hour! So I decided to grab a snack and come back. I'd have to go in to get the OTC med. I'm with my son by myself. Had to wake him and take him in. Not their fault I understand. Went in to wait another 20min in line inside. For those keeping track it's now an hour and a half since it was sent to them to fill. I get up to the front and to my surprise I was told it was still not ready and have to wait an hour. SERIOUSLY! I just about had it and gave my time accounting to the gentleman and my displeasure at his expectation of my son and I to wait ANOTHER hour. He called for an expedition of the fulfillment. Funny it took five minutes. FIVE MINUTES! Don't be afraid to speak your mind. It's absurd. To further my frustration they almost told me they didn't have the medication. Then she miraculously found it. Sitting in front of her. IN FRONT OF HER. I was just flabbergasted. In short, avoid this place and go somewhere else. Walgreens May be better. I'm going to check it out. Until the management steps up their game, gets their act together, and hires more competent people here during critical seasons, I'm not coming back. read more

If you want to pull your hair out and lose 15 minutes of your life, call in and try to make it through their automated answering system. If you want to actually wait for a human, expect to be answered by a rude customer service agent who doesn't give you the time of day before putting you on hold. If you can still manage to wait an additional 15 minutes while listening to more Covid propaganda then it's time to finally ask a question then be quickly transferred to another department. Wow this location has hands down been the best pharmacy we've ever gone to. My wife has many auto Amun's diseases and is very complicated and her Medication are a challenging endeavor. Jordan is by far the most informed and accommodating pharmacist we found. He makes it a pleasure to visit a pharmacy. And Esther and the rest of the girls are freindly and helpful. My wife was scheduled for surgery so we picked up a prescription for some powerful pain killers, when we got home my wife counted the pills and we were short by two. We told the pharmacy manager and he said because it's a controlled substance the check their count every night, and there was no extras. He said he would check the camera to see if he could see the employee do something wrong. He never got back to us so we ended up talking to him in person w we were picking up other prescriptions. He said that he didn't see any thing wrong. The bottom line is the an employee here is stealing pain killers from the customers either to use them for themselves or to sell them. Make sure you count your pain killers because if the employee stole 2 from my wife, most likely they have done it to other people and will do it in the future. read more

I don't know if this CVS Pharmacy is severely understaffed or if the staff just have no sense of urgency. At any time of the day, there will always be a line and it seems as though that the staff don't care to move the line as soon as possible. I frequently have problems with getting them to contact my doctor for refill requests and I have found myself having to call them more than once to get them to request a refill before it actually happens. Unless it is a convenient location for you, I'd just take your prescriptions elsewhere. read more
