I don't usually shop at CvS but my son needed medicine and the doctor had called it in here. As I walked in the store an associate said welcome with a smile. I then went straight a head to the pharmacy to get his prescription. This pharmacy tech was absolutely outstanding! He multitasked! He ran two registers at once. All the while he was cracking jokes and making all of us people waiting feel good.,He was professional and had attention to detail. His name is Jose and this company will go far from having an employee like him. The store was clean and the bathroom. Their bathroom smelled like warm Christmas cookies. It was nice. CVS has a lot of good items to buy in their store. They are like a mini Walmart. I took the medicine and bought a Diet Coke and left but because of Jose I left feeling like sunshine was following me. I mean he made us laugh and he was fast so we got out quick and that's enough to make anyone happy. read more

Earlier I went to pick up my prescription and I waited for almost 5 minutes in line even though I was the only person there. The pharmacists were too busy talking about things and they saw me and kept going with their conversation. Andrew I think that's his name I can't remember but, his last name is Choi, kept picking and rubbing his nose and brought my my prescription bag with the same hand he used to pick his nose with and he kept sniffling. And he had me wait 3 minutes to press the button on the register for me to sign since he had his phone out and was too busy looking up with what they were talking about. read more

come on CVS !!! you take out someone who is terrible (Andrew) and put someone even worse (Jayden). people go to a pharmacy to receive help not get one word answers if that and be yelled at by the pharmacist because he has no people skills and can not properly communicate information. Jayden should not be running a pharmacy. He is unable to fill prescriptions on time causing you to miss days and most people taking medications are on a specific schedule and rely on them being filled on schedule. His reply to that is " if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else" real professional. hH does not understand the customers are why he has employment. And a coupon! Plenty of free parking. Located on Sierra Highway in a busy strip mall in Santa Clarita, this CVS is currently totally committed to pandemic response, and your good health. Numerous signs are posted in front of the entrance including social distancing requirements and guidelines for customers, and instructions for patients receiving their vaccinations. After being greeted by security limiting capacity, I entered a short line to check in for my vaccine appointment. While waiting in line, I was given a cool twenty percent off my entire CVS purchase coupon (including sale items!) Grab-n-go items available at the front coolers. Household items, pantry, electronics, pets supplies, vitamins and essentials line about 10 isles. I waited in isle 4 for a few minutes before my injection where boxes of fruit loops are currently reduced to clear! I sat down when it was my turn and rolled up my sleeve. I listened to advise as my injection was opened and prepared with gloves hands. I asked questions like, "How did your injection go, did you have a negative reaction, which one did you get?" I heard answers like, "Pfizer, Moderna, didn't have a bad reaction, it went great!" After receiving my injection and got a band aid, and cautious warnings about at home care, I was required to sit and rest for 15 minutes before leaving CVS. 2020 was hard on me. I cook and care for disabled and elderly people, my health problems put me at high risk for pandemic complications, I would not likely survive the virus, too many didn't. I can't wait to get my second dose, and afterwards, do all the things I couldn't do in 2020, like travel safely, and volunteer. I found this CVS extremely helpful. We normally go to the 24 hr one on Soledad but they didn't have the medication we needed in stock and suggested we go here. The first pharmacist was having trouble locating our file but another one listening to the struggle offered to help us and pulled up the info. Her name is Michelle and I wanted to make sure she was mentioned as her help made the difference for us and there's so many people in the world now that don't have this drive. She was able to get us taken care of within 20 mins and we were on our way. The rest of the store was warm and pleasant (the 24 hr one is stale, messy and not very welcoming). The shelves are stocked, everything is well kept and clean. This is a good location to go to for sure. read more

I don't know why I still use the CVS pharmacy. Every time I go there is a problem. The people working there are rude. Today the person (Indian descent) assisting asked me too many times for my date of birth. I told her she should write it down. She rudely said she doing something else. My question is if you were not prepared to assist me then why start the process?. I guess she was irritated and walked away joking with another employee. Another person came to the and the same thing happened again. Ask me several times for my date of birth. I told her I was also picking up medication for my dog and I had to continually repeat the spelling her name. Then she asked do I know her date of birth. The question should have been what is her date of birth. An old saying "You memory is not a long as the shortest pencil". Providing excellent customer service is a priority for a business to be successful. I gave one star only because my medication ready. Randa was absolutely unhelpful and uncommunicative throughout my entire interaction with her in the vaccination check in. As someone who works in customer service, I understand the importance of being pleasant and receptive on both ends of a customer interaction and while I tried to deliver on my end, I was met with a cold, rude, attitude. I truly hope this pharmacy improves its customer service. In the meantime, I'll be going elsewhere. read more

I dont really shop at CVS that much unless there is something specific I need or if they a coupon I can use to purchase items. Their prices seems to be higher than other stores which is the main reason I hardly shop here. They do have some great deals from time to time. This is location is nice but it is not open 24 hours. The customer service at this location is by far the worst I've experienced at any other CVS, the people behind the counter walk by you and don't even acknowledge that you're there. The drive through is even worse, I've had to sit there for what seems to be at least 10 minutes on several occasions before they come to the window. One of the workers started arguing with me one time over the pronunciation of my last name, trying to correct me on the proper pronunciation as if I didn't know how to pronounce my own last name. If I could give this CVS 0 stars I would, needless to say I've stopped coming here and have had my prescriptions sent to Costco instead. read more

The worst pharmacy you will ever deal with. I'm speaking about this particular pharmacy. Rude 3/4 times, insane wait whether you are calling or there in person (don't even think of expecting an acknowledgment of the wait from their staff either). They are always confused about your prescriptions. Name? Birthday AGAIN. Ok is this your address? Hmmm, I don't see anything on file. Ok hold on, what's the birthday again? Ok and what is the prescription? Is this for you? What is your relationship to the patient? Oh delivery isn't working because of this reason, yeah I know you don't think that accurate but I'll just repeat myself and waste your time asking for the same info you have already given. Ok So it's still not working because of reason and stuff. Those are some of the common responses you will quickly become accustomed to when dealing with these inept ill trained people. And please understand that when I take the time to write a 1 star review it's because I have literally HAD IT. What I'm saying is that this is what I have dealt with over the last few years. I handed my Rx to a tech yesterday at 6:30pm automatically she said she can't fill it up and if I want it right away I had to go to the 24hr CVS. So, since I had to take this pill ASAP, I went to Soledad CVS only to be told they run out of Amoxicillin. Wasted my time there. Went back to Sierra CVS and was so glad to the pharmacist for taking the time to look at my Rx and refilled in 20 minutes. Thank you, thank you to the kind and gracious pharmacist that worked last night 12/21/20! For taking a few minutes of her time, it can save someone's misery and troubles. THank you again! I have had nothing but problems with having this pharmacy to grab my prescriptions. Yesterday took the cake, I went to the doc and they sent in my prescription told me to wait 20 mins before I got there. Fine no big deal. But then he gave me a hand written prescription as well. I got in there and they were short staff in the pharmacy department and I must have waited in the drop off line for over 5 mins. The cashier saw me but never stepped aside to help me out or let someone know I was waiting. I walked over to the pickup line to just grab my main prescription and when I got up to front, she said I couldn't grab it because I had to wait for the new one. So they made me wait another twenty minutes, and every employee I went into contact with had some sort of attitude. The lady helping me seemed lost, and she had a strong Indian accent so I could barely understand her (have someone you can understand be the cashier). And secondly the guy taking my other prescription was just beyond rude, not only did he make me wait an addition twenty mins but he just had some rude comment telling me I wasn't where I needed to be. No dude you weren't where you needed to be, I was waiting in line and no one helped me. Honestly, this place really needs to get it together. I'll be doing business elsewhere. read more

So bad, first there automated service called me and said I couldn't fill my child's meds untill April 21st (30days from now)..uhh but he's out this Friday (3days from now), so I spoke to a lady who said "that's what it says in the computer"(sarcastically) then put me on hold without telling me. This pharmacy has got to be the biggest piece of shit in canyon country. I'm not even going to hold back my words because I've been here so many times and whether it's the drive-through that takes 2 1/2 hours to get a simple prescription or walking inside taking two hours to get a simple prescription either way you're completely doomed. The people who work there are nothing but a bunch of backwards morons and the place tells you that they're open till 10 o'clock meanwhile I drive all the way over there for them only to be completely closed by 9:00 PM. I have been here multiple times as I live nearby. Parking is super easy. There is always available parking. No issue there. The staff is hit or miss. Some day there is wonderful staff. This is both for the pharmacy and the front counter alike. And there are times when some staff just ruins it for everyone. To be fair, it's a very busy location that serves pretty much the entire area. The pharmacy is super busy. I would call in ahead of time to get medication refilled but there is still a little bit of a wait if you come too early. Give them at least a few hours. The store itself is pretty well stocked and shelved. No issue with anything for those times I have been there so far. Overall, I would recommend this place. read more

I entered the parking lot at 8:47 PM and watched somebody close the window shade in the drive through pharmacy. As I pulled into the bay, I heard the recording assure me that somebody would be with me shortly. I know they're often helping people in the store, so I wait patiently for someone to greet me through the intercom. After about 5 minutes, I press the button and hear the same prerecorded message saying that somebody will be with me shortly. I wait a few more minutes before pressing the button and waiting again. At 9:02 PM I called the main number for the store and spoke to a young lady. I told her I had been waiting in the pharmacy drive through for 15 minutes. She told me that the pharmacy closed at 9 PM, but would check to see if anyone was still there. To my surprise, she said the pharmacy was empty. Somebody closed up shop and went home 13 minutes early. If you're having a slow day at the pizza shop or jewelry store, it's not a big deal to close up early. But when you're working for the largest pharmacy chain in the United States and your website says you're open until 9, you don't have that luxury. People rely on their pharmacy to get their prescriptions and they sometimes make arrangements to get there before closing. Not cool. read more

One of my medications that was sent here from my Doctor. I was told a few days ago that it was ordered and that they couldn't guarantee it would come in. They informed me to call other pharmacies. I tried that and absolutely no other pharmacies have it. I tried calling cvs again and spoke to someone else and he proceeded to tell me that I have to go to another pharmacy and the information I was previously told by a cvs rep was completely incorrect. Normally I don't like CVS due to the customer service, today was different. I was getting something from the pharmacy 1-10-21 around 4pm, i didn't know how many I was allowed to buy, Liz got her phone out, calculated the amount of ephedrine in it for me and told me how much I could buy and the monthly allowance also. Not once has anyone said or done this for me and I've been to Walmart, Costco and CVS pharmacy. It's whichever is more convenient at the time for me. I usually get horrible customer service at any of those pharmacies. I truly hope Liz isn't just there for today because she's amazing. I hope she's always at our CVS pharmacy. Went in this past week and bought a Ben and Jerry's Phish Food ice cream...Got it home and it was GRITTY and gross!!! I immediately took it back to CVS and complained to the associate that they needed to check their stock of this stuff!! Got my cash back on the sale.... Ironically, I got a free Haagen Dazs Ice Cream coupon that came in the mail to me the next day and so I thought, why not try that one instead... Got that container home and IMMEDIATELY found it ALSO was all GRIT and GROSS!! UGH!! Filled out forms for their survey online about my customer 'experience' and got a 'generic' email back from the Store Manager at this CVS....(had also filled out the negative customer experience from the previous ice cream that I returned last week and it was the SAME generic letter.) Decided to go meet with the manager Scott to get my coupon credit/store credit back, as WHO wants more of that ice cream! He said he could only give me the same Haagen Dazs in exchange for it??? I told him I'm NOT trying another of their Haagen Dazs ice cream right now as somethings wrong, and could he please give me just a credit for the coupon to the store??? (approx. $5). Uh, yeah, no can do, he said... I took my receipt showing my sale and told him I was going to call corporate, which I did, as they needed to know that they're having an ice cream problem here, which the Manager didn't seem to want to address, as he told me that all the ice cream expire dates were 'fine'. Blows my MIND when a Manager would NOT bend a bit to help me out so that I stay healthy and didn't show ANY concern for the customer's buying HIS ice cream that is having a problem right now! I'm OVER it~! (oh, and did I mention I'm sooooo over the book of paper receipts that you get from CVS each and most every transaction?? That's a WHOLE other letter which I HAVE told them about and gotten no response back... But, when mentioned to the store clerks whenever at a CVS, they say their tired of the waste of paper too!) Go to the STORE to get ice cream people. You have WAY less chances of getting bacteria or something stupid then you do at THIS CVS! (I personally feel it may have been a group of ice cream that has been melted and then refrozen that is causing the 'gritty' bad ice cream mess. Just my Opinion!) read more

Yes, perhaps the wait time is a little longer. However, you can be assured that your prescription will be filled professionally, and if a consult is needed, you have one of the best pharmacists in the area to provide you information. The pharmacist is excellent, and the team work with pharmacy techs ensures your prescription is handled appropriately. Be patient. This has been my neighborhood pharmacy for 15 years, and I wouldn't change.
