They told us it would be ready same day so I went back around 3pm to grab them. One was ready to go but the other one was partially filled and they told me I can come back tomorrow to grab the second one. Ok that's fine but why not just call to let me know the issue instead of driving all the way back down here again? Also when it was ready the next day they never called to let you know to pickup your order, I had to call to ask if it was ready. They have our number and email so why is it so hard to let your customers know when their medication is filled?? She assumed that I was going to use my card when I never said that and she proceeded to then argue with me and tell me that I didn't listen to her, when in fact she was the one in the wrong! At that point, I asked to see the manager, and her response was, "He's not here, come back tomorrow," as she rolled her eyes even further back into her head. I then asked for the store phone number and the manager's name, and she refused to give me either and said, "It's on the door. You can get it yourself!" This was only my second time coming into this store, and it will be my last because of her treatment. I was having a really, really good day until I had this unwarranted encounter with her, and it has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth for this location.
