I…read morewas searching everywhere for the 32-pack of Bluey kids' Valentine's cards for my daughter's very first Valentine's party at school this Friday, and they were nowhere to be found on the sales floor. Vanessa didn't brush me off or give a generic answer -- she jumped in, helped me search, and then took the extra step of going into the back warehouse. She tracked down an entire misplaced case and made it happen for us. Thanks to her extra effort, my daughter gets to bring the Valentines she was excited about, and this dad gets to come through. Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Thank you, Vanessa!

I only recommend it if it's past midnight and there's nowhere else to go for miles!…read more The positive - they're open 24/7. I appreciate that as well as many others. Especially since No one's open late anymore - seems the NWO tyranny has rolled out. ( in case you were asleep ) I also think the employees are pretty ok. They're always friendly and helpful. Better than many others out there. There's a good vibe in CVS. For these 2 reasons, I'm giving 2 stars. 1 for each good point. The negative - They are RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! CVS is the BIGGEST RIPOFF out there! Example: A bottle of shampoo $11 while it's $9 at Walgreens and $7 at Walmart. Deodorant: $11.89 | $9.89 at Walgreens | $7.25 at Walmart. It's like this with EVERYTHING there! You'll pay $100 for the same exact items you do at elsewhere for $60 Granted everything is WAY OVERPRICED NOW - IT'S ABSOLUTE BULL$**T...but CVS is the WORST, WORST...I think their even worse than 7-11. Still, in a pinch they'll be there to accept your money day and night.

They're quick to refill, have a good mobile text program, and polite if you have any questions. I got my vaccines here and they were lovely and gentle. They are often understaffed so the line gets long but they do their absolute best to juggle all of their tasks and are kind with impatient people.

I waited in line for over ten minutes while the cashier was helping a customer, girl can you move any slower?? Also if there's a problem happening with one customer hop on another register or call someone over to help out. I finally got to the cashier, no "sorry for the wait" just rang me up like I haven't been waiting this whole time. She was nice but moved so slow with any task that lead up to grabbing a prescription to checking out. However, I did see a guy behind the counter filling up prescriptions who kept looking over at me and the line forming behind me but didn't do anything until I finally got called up to retrieve my items and then he hopped over and rang up the next person in line. Why he couldn't come over sooner I have no clue, but all I ask is to move the line. Most people are in here shopping for groceries and others just wanna grab and go on with their day. **Consistently get calls and texts when your prescription is ready, every single day until you come and grab it.. seems like a urgency with making you come down there; but no rush to get your prescriptions in hand!

If you're looking for personalized service and familiar faces then this is where you need to go…read more Levi's Pharmacy is small and friendly operation located within Canyon Medical Plaza behind Citibank. Levi caught a potentially dangerous drug interaction that my doctor missed. He was also able to offer me a lower price for my medication because he knew that I had no insurance. Overall I had a great experience and I will recommend this place to all of my friends.

Today visited the Doctor in Canyon Country, treated and provided with slip for my prescription…read moredrugs, unfortunately I was diagnosed with bronchitis needed a z-PAC, and to fill my diabetic medication. I was referred down the hall to Levi's Pharmacy, Inc. I was surprise to find that the pharmacist sarcastically comment on where I work, since it was written on my medical insurance card, "What is Charles Drew University", which I explained a medical college with UCLA Medical school serving minority students "Blacks and Hispanic". He made another comment, which I ignored. He told me $30 dollars, this is for the prescription co-payment so I happily gave him my Flex Spending Card provided to me by the Insurance company, it decline. So I provided him with my credit card. I was good to go. Took my medicine outside into the hallway next to the pharmacy, sat down to arranged the medication in my bag, I was dismayed by the comments made by this professional, and had talked to myself that he needed to educate himself, and be more open minded of other people. I heard the Pharmacist from the hallway telling his assistant, the "customer whose card decline, thinks she knows everything, she is an ignorant and uneducation Filipino, who does not have a college education". I was sad from what he said. I sat back on my chair and waited for my husband to return from the bathroom, by the wway he is Hispanic. I wanted to talk with the pharmacist about his "racist" comments, very poor customer service skills, and his unprofessional manner as a pharmacist to his patient. So I walked back into the pharmacy, but no one was at the counter. Apparently, the word "minorities" irritated this individual, and the fact that I was able to reply back to him explaining where I work, he must of thought I would not say something like most Asians who would walk away. I've learn working at several universities and in the area of medicine and health services that "racism" and "ignorance" is not tolerated especially with their patient. Sorry, but "Yes" I am a "Asian/Pacific Islander", and "Yes" I am a college educated. I learned to accept others for who they are and so can you.

There are these new Cutie Cuffs that are Harry Potter house characters and some other cute characters like Aragog and the Dementor lol. Love these for putting on your backpack and just having it as decoration for universal studios. I hear people use them for decorating their steering wheel which I think is super cute! Anyway, these are blind boxes but the boxes have tiny holes in them so you can get an idea of the color and which character you're getting. Luckily there's only one green for Slytherin so I went on a hunt for it and happily found it here! I'm a Hufflepuff but got the Slytherin for my friend since that's her house. After I got what I needed, I headed over to their pokemon figure section and was a bit disappointed that they basically had none of the new jazwares figures, all old. Could be that they sold out quickly. I also did some shopping in the bath mats and found what I needed. Sadly one of the mats I got was too thin for my liking but will do for now. Overall a nice Target and easy to maneuver. Parking lot is also big, just a little confusing to get out of lol. IG: @ammysalamii
