The prices are always reasonable and you always get coupons at the end when your receipt had printed off. They have a pretty good selection overall for the medicine. I specifically want to shout out the minute clinic here. My daughter was sick New Year's Day and I was able to schedule an appointment online. My husband took her and said the nurse practitioners were great. She was seen quickly and they were able to quickly diagnose her illness and prescribe her an antibiotic. There is always a line 7-8 people deep and a total lack of urgency or efficiency behind the counter. Everybody is friendly, but it is hard to be friendly back with a 45 minute wait. The unfriendly lady at the register was supposed to call my dentist to have a prescription filed and when I called my dentist, they hadn't received a phone call from this pharmacy. When I told the pharmacist, she replied rudely, "well, I've been in and out and I've been busy carrying boxes." Times get busy. I understand, but that's not how you answer to people. It took this pharmacy several hours to fill my prescription, when it was supposed to take no more than 40 minutes. I had to go in person to inquire about my medicine, because I had a dental procedure scheduled the following morning. After this experience, I cannot return to this location. Slowest pharmacy on the face of the planet. It's not uncommon to wait in line inside or in the drive thru for upwards of an hour. I have bronchitis today and got scripts for it. I received a text saying that they were ready. After sitting in the drive thru line for 40 minutes they tell me 1 of 3 is ready and I'll have to come back in two hours because the entire store is going to lunch in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I have to use CVS thru my insurance, so I'm stuck with their horrid service. Go somewhere else if you can. You WILL regret coming to this location. It's in a good location and there are plenty of parking spots for you to quickly pull in and do what you need to do. Things at CVS Rangeline's pharmacy have gotten so bad I'm ready to transfer all 17 of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy (Market District). Since Covid, or whatever, there has been staff turnover, and it ain't great. The new pharmacists and technicians are overworked, and they end up being rude as a result of the stress they're under. There are only about 3 of the original pharmacy staff remaining, but I rarely end up interacting with the original staff. I was at CVS at 10pm trying to get a prescription I needed asap. They were all backed up even at 10pm! The phone was ringing off the hook, and I saw the pharmacist pick up the receiver and say "there's a 2-3 hour wait to speak with someone" and then he HUNG UP! I couldn't believe it! That same eve as I was waiting in the pharmacy chairs for information about my prescription, I looked over and saw the drug drop-off bin door open and overflowing! I'm attaching a photo. I told the pharmacist, who seemed too busy to be very concerned, and I told the store manager, who seemed equally uninterested. These are prescription meds that anyone (a kid, teen, person struggling with addiction) could simply reach in and grab whatever meds that were just sitting there exposed. I thought that was terribly irresponsible and their lack of concern was alarming. I need to switch pharmacies, pronto! read more

Signed up for the minute clinic online saying my appointment would be at 5:32. I got here and there was a woman in front of me and the doctor was seeing someone else still. Current time past my schedule is half an hour and someone else is in front of me. I wish that they had accurate time since I'm sick and now waiting in a lobby. I only signed up for the time online because I thought I'd get in right away with it saying there was only an 11min wait. This cvs pharmacy is my go-to drug store for trial size toiletries for my business travel and other medicine I need for my allergies. Also, since I have an extra care card, I get great deals on products. The staff is always willing to help out and lend a hand. The recent installation of the self service checkout lines has made a huge difference. The lines are much smaller. Lately, I have noticed there has been some new additions to the staff that have not been for the better. A couple new girls who appear to be sisters have been cashiers at the checkout line and they are not very customer service friendly. When I trIed to use a coupon at the self service checkout one day, one of the girls, Yolanda, Said she could not scan the coupon and gave me a lame excuse on why the coupon would not go through. There was nothing wrong with the coupon. Because of this, I do not use the self service checkout line anymore since I am not sure I can scan my coupons. I think it is a training issue and management needs to talk to the girls individually and explain to them they have to be more courteous to customers. They need to know how to credit coupons on the self service checkout line. Other than that, I have had good experiences shopping at this location. read more

I know places are really busy right now due to Covid. I went to CVS yesterday for a flu shot. I signed up at 4:15 and I was told it would be an hour. I checked back in an hour and was told it would be longer. I waited another 30 minutes and got back in line to check back in. I was told it still wasn't ready. The pharmacy tech said if i needed to leave I could come back tomorrow and it would be ready. I returned the next day and stood in line again. Once I checked in they had no record of me being there the previous day. I was told I would have to get in another line and it would be at least another hour wait. I left because I did not want to waste another evening waiting in line. There was no apology for the long mix up and I left because I didn't want to spend another night waiting and not get a flu shot. It will be easier to just go to my doctor. read more

If you want HIPAA violations, this is the place to go. Other pharmacies don't carry my medication, so I was forced to return. Each time the loud mouth tech barks out my medications so the entire waiting area can hear. I know what I'm picking up, I can also read the bottle myself. There's zero need to use medication names as a confirmation at pick up or discuss what the medications are for in front of everyone. You can ask a customer if they need assistance or have questions... but way out of line to yell PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION. I had surgery this morning and was planning on picking up a script of pain killers from this location (as it literally says on my documented paperwork), only to find the lady at the register extremely eager to tell me they didn't have my information in the system and there was no prescription available - next customer please... I prefer the CVS stores with the newer design, with the large center aisle going diagonally through the store. This location does not have that, and makes it feel a little clunky and hard to navigate. Whenever I've been here, it is understaffed at the cash register and thus the line is long. However, on one occasion the cashier thanked me for waiting so patiently and treated me like I was the only customer in line, which I appreciated. read more

This CVS is good, but because there is almost always a CVS located across the street from a Walgreens (as is the case with this CVS), I tend to favor the latter. Both have carpeting throughout the store (who thought that was a good design idea?!). Both fill prescriptions and sell beverages, sunscreen, magazines, gum, and pretty much every random thing you can think of. But there's just something about this CVS that isn't as nice as its competitor across the street. But maybe I should write my review based on CVS's own merits. Fair enough. The people who work here are pleasant and will show you where things are (irons are on aisle 21). Merchandise is arranged in an intuitive way, so it's easy to find. I was able to find all of the things on my list, and my list included some wacky things. This CVS is open 24 hours. So all in all, it's a great store, and whenever I'm traveling that direction down Rangeline and don't want to make a turn, I'll stop in here over Walgreens without any hesitation. read more

I've never had a terrible experience here. In all fairness, I've never had stellar one either. It seems this store might be chronically under-staffed, especially during peak hours. That's frustrating, but I will be fair and say the staff is always pleasant, even when under pressure. I walked in at 7am in a Friday to get meds and supplies for my man who had a major injury, was in the hospital and had just come home. They were on their game! The managed walked me right to all the things I needed, made good suggestions to save me money and they have the prescription filled in 5 minutes. Highly recommend. Pharmacists are great and best part about knowing everyone that works there (which could either be a very bad or a very good thing haha) is that they let me take my Therapy Dog in Training there so he can walk around or lay behind the counter or wherever they want him to be so they can pet him! They were a little apprehensive about it at first because he is a pit bull, but then they met him! He didn't live upto their expectations of 120 lbs and and horrifying, instead they got 42 lbs of constant guilt face haha You can meet him too! We're at our CVS like once a week, sometimes more than that! You'll know we're there if there's a white Smart car in the parking lot with pit bull magnets on it haha read more

My baby boy had strep and we were needing a script filled that was previously sent over when I arrived a crotchety old bity behind the desk says "we just got that we are busy it is gonna be 15 -20 minutes. I happen to be on a tight budget due to circumstances beyond my control. I politely inquired as to how much the script would be and the old lady stated it is generic so it will be that copay ours is 20 dollars so I went back to waiting another 20 minutes she states it is $74 dollars! I said I need to call and go with the more affordable option. I called the doctors office after 20more minutes I asked about the script and the lady says "they did not call" I called the doctors office back they said they left a VM pharmacist says no so I asked them to call again and I would hold. I got the conf they had spoken to the pharmacist and confirmed her name for me. so I figured I would give her the proper time - 1 HOUR later I was sick of waiting and they could tell it was 10 PM and my baby boy was screaming in pain over the phone with my frustrated husband. She says "I am just now filling it" after numerous people had come and gone even some making changes. My girlfriend and I are both registered nurses. We deal with pharmacists daily with our patients medications. I had a prescription that I needed to transfer to this location and I sat on hold for 20 minutes while at work. I asked my secretary to grab me from a pts room if anyone ever answered the call. They finally answered and my secretary said give me 5 seconds I see him right now I'll grab him. Within that literal 5 seconds of me taking 7 steps to my phone, another nurse on my unit heard the guy yelling through the speakerphone. She picked the phone up and said he is right here I'm passing the phone to him now. I took the phone and said hello, and I heard him huff loudly and put me back on hold. I sat there for another 3 mins on hold just to have him answer the line again actually screaming "What do you want?" I said excuse me? They said I've called you several times And you don't answer. I said I'm sorry sir, you had me on hold for 25 minutes and didn't give me 10 seconds to walk to the other side of the nurses station to pick my phone back up. He said "I don't have time to deal with you, you are ridiculous. Do you want something or not?" I then explained that I needed my prescription transferred. He said it would be ready in an hour and hung up. Had my girlfriend drive 40 mins to pick it up for me as I was at work. She got there and he overly eagerly told her she couldn't get it because the "prescriber had to OK the transfer, next in line." She then called on her drive home to try to cancel the transfer since he was so rude and he said "I don't know why you call me, I not help you, I not help you. Don't call me again." If he truly hates his job this much, he needs to quit. None of my hospitals pharmacists nor my girlfriend's hospital's have ever talked to/treated us like this. Uncalled for and very unprofessional. Only giving them one star because there was no option for 0 stars. This CVS has screwed up my prescriptions so many times I have lost count. Most of the time when there is an issue they simply let the prescription sit in their bloody bin until I call them or make in inquiry. Bloody ridiculous, dangerous and incompetent is what I would call it. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! They are dangerous and have no idea what they are doing (which to be perfectly frank is counting pills and putting them in a bottle). Great job morons! read more

I love this CVS! It's always very clean, has friendly workers, and it's easy to get in and out of the parking lot. I find everything I need with ease! That probably just means I frequent CVS too often... but whatever! Definitely a great place to go for medicine as well as pretty much any household item. I love the convenience!
