Ordered a photo greeting card from the website, in the section for ordering photo greeting cards. When I got there, it was poorly printed, pixelated, blown out. Their rationale? "This isn't a printer. It's not a great printer" They didn't like when I suggested that they shouldn't be charging people for that, then. Left, didn't pay. read more

DO NOT fill a prescription here. They refuse to open the second lane for prescription pickup "due to short staffing". You will wait in line while others in front of you take self COVID tests in their cars. I spent 40 minutes (just 4 cars) in line to be told they put my prescription back and I would have to wait the 15 hours (until they open tomorrow) for them to put my inhalers in a bag and put a label on the bag. They don't need to portion or count my medicine or even put it in a bottle. It is literally grab-n-go. This pharmacy is a mis-managed mess. read more

I know these guys are understaffed and they're working hard... But if it comes to a pharmacy, don't even attempt to go here. This is the second time I have gotten into this pharmacy only to find out they can't do what I need them to do because they're either closed or they're not accepting new prescriptions. They need to have a sign up that clearly states their CORRECT hours and what they can/can't do from the OUTSIDE, so people don't waste their time waiting 20 minutes in line for nothing. read more

This pharmacy has been so helpful and I love that it is so close to my apartment. I signed up for Carepass which charges me $5 every month, but I get $10 to spend every month as well, so that's $5 in my pocket! It's so easy to schedule to get a vaccine and they take care of you on time. I enjoy shopping here as well and using all my coupons and extra bucks! read more

This place sucks! I drove 10 miles because I was able to make a Covid test appointment. Get here and pull up to the window...... says window is closed, they don't even answer the buzzer. But that you have to go inside. So I call the pharmacy multiple times and each time it goes straight to a busy tone. So go to the front door, ok cool now it says Covid testing patients can't go inside..... SO HOW DO YOU GET A TESTING DONE THAT YOU MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR? You don't. Because yes I went inside and all they said was the system is down, sorry. What a joke. The pharmacy here is so friendly and efficient! I am a regular here and they know me by name and always recognize me. It's so nice to see a familiar faces who know you! They truly care and always take the time to explain things when needed no matter how busy they are. Both pharmacists are speedy and thorough! We usually have Trisha helping us and she is the best. Always offers my dogs treats even when they bark in the drive thru!! They work very hard and are constantly going, they deserve to be recognized and appreciated! This place is a joke! Pharmacist thinks he knows all but is just a prick! Won't help out with anything and makes you wait a minimum of one hour to get a prescription that's already been called in and SHOULD be filled. I have had three different prescriptions that have been in processing for days! I tried calling the pharmacy and they don't pick up there phone! I waited in the drive thru for twenty minutes only to be told my prescription was not ready and that they would try to push it through to be ready today. The girl working the drive thru said that they are having a staffing shortage. Get some help!! My health is on the line if I do not take my medicine as prescribed!! Recently insurance changed, I was happy with Walgreens, Now I feel forced to change to CVS, Hours indicate they are open til 9 PM. That's a lie, try 6PM. I have had nothing but problems trying to get refills here. The male pharmacist rushed me through the checkout process, I ended up with the wrong prescription. A day or so later, I tried to explain what happened, was advised they could not take it back. I had to get a new prescription, again.I tried calling them at night when I realized the error, they were closed. I called another cvs close by and was advised, that "oh well, we get busy, mistakes are made" Wow that really invokes confidence in me. I will certainly be moving my business back to Walgreens. read more

Scheduled a COVID test there for this afternoon. Went for my appointment and was advised that their system had been down for a few days and they could not complete the test. I'd need to find somewhere else to test. Why allow people to schedule tests then???? Could not tell me if other CVS's were experiencing the same problem. Could not tell me why they weren't making efforts to notify people that had scheduled appointments. read more

People inside its been friendly so far but the two times I went to pick my son prescriptions it takes at least one day for them to filled a prescription. Having a kid absolutely sick needing his medication ASAP. I don't understand how they work like this. taking breaks, closing early. People is sick with very delicate conditions, this is serious! I was nice to give them 2 stars because the personnel inside the pharmacy area try their best to help with very short staff. Maybe that's the same for the customer service people at the entrance, but unlike the pharmacy workers, they are not even welcoming. Don't even think about going through drive through as there's usually only enough personnel to keep only one drive through open and with Covid tests, be ready to wait half an hour. read more

I showed up on time at the drive thru and by the time cars lines up behind me and I couldn't get out, I called the pharmacy. I've utilized this CVS for more than 12 years. For the past 6 months I've watched corporate management ruin it as they decrease staff consistently. The pharmacy staff are so overworked and stressed it is surprising they come to work at all. Delays, inside, at the drive-up or on the phone are unbelievable. Don't even think about getting a vaccination. It appears corporate is doing all it can to either kill the store or its staff. This morning I transferred all my scripts across the street to the Safeway pharmacy. After calls to CVS customer service and their pharmacy customer service I was promised a call from the appropriate district manager but he apparently couldn't be bothered. I'd certainly ignore infrequent issues but this is now the norm. Nice people in the store but they can't overcome horrible corporate management! read more

If I could give less than one star I would. The assistant to the pharmacist wouldn't sell my syringes for my testosterone prescription and I would tell they were profiling me. She then called over the Asian pharmacist and they both laughed when I explained how I've purchased them here many times. Worst customer service and I will not be going back. And I will 100% make sure everyone I know does not use CVS anymore. read more
