Talk about the worst experience ever. I came here because I did a quick app order for some last minute things I needed. I went to go pick up at 9:30 pm tonight and the manager of the store was very rude. For 20 minutes he couldn't find my order, he even allowed me to go on his iPad and look. Well... I found it after a quick type of my order number. He told me this order was already picked up and he could not give me any help. He then proceeded to give me a receipt... except it was someone else's. He would not even give me a number to call to help figure it out. I asked him to look at the cameras and he will see I never came to pick up my order. He refused. I will never come here again read more

(FEB 28th, 2025) - who ever is working as the cashier is a perfect example of why we are cleaning up this country. No this is not India, and everyone that visits this 7/11 is not from Arizona! Extremely rude cashier assuming I'm from Arizona and know the laws of alcohol sale times because I went in to buy beer for my friends & I while we are on a bachelor party! I have been here for two days, no I should not 'know that'. Terrible, we will make sure to spread the word not to come here. Customer service deserves five stars. The cashier was very nice. I drive past this 7-Eleven every day for work, but this was my first visit. I heard the cashier being very nice to the customer in front of me and then she was very friendly to me as well. The service was quick and the store was tidy. I had to stop on this hot summer day to get my daughter a Slurpee like I remember from when I was a kid. It definitely met all of her expectations! read more

Calling this a business is a stretch. I'm convinced they open their doors only to attract people to insult and treat poorly. Don't you dare complain that the coffee isn't fresh or ask for napkins. They refuse to honor offers from the app, instead insist you pay full price. I strongly recommend you do not visit and drive 1.5 miles down the road to the QT where they are always very kind and treat everyone with respect and honesty. read more

Decent service, has an ok selection of products and the store is organized. They have Slurpees, hot dogs, fountain drinks and tons of snacks. They also accept Apple and Google Pay. read more

This store is horrid!!! If I could rate 9 stars I absolutely would. I've been coming to this store for over 10 years..Ive waited a while to do a review. The staff is rude and racist! The cashier (Arabian lady) did not have patience for me to grab 4 cents out of my hand for her. Instead she demanded 4 cents and when I asked her to have a little patience as I had 4cents right there in my hand she threw my money back at me and said something in her native tongue. Better I didn't understand. I've been harassed and because my children are a different color skin than I am, the owner (Arabian man) has called me "the baby sitter". These people are rude and have lost sight of customer service. Not to mention there are always homeless people and drug addicts hanging around. Shop here if you like rude customer service and harassment to by more than what you need!! I hate this store! read more

They overcharged me multiple times before. This latest visit they accused me of stealing cat food and threatened to call the cops. I am completely disgusted and recommend no one to go this 7-11. They are not good people at all and do NOT deserve your business. read more

This 7-Eleven gets three stars because they have a bomb spiced pumpkin latte which I highly recommend. It is hard to find things like that because they are seasonal and only come out in fall. It's like who decided that what tastes good can only come out once a year for a very limited time? To hell with you Starbucks! The most lack of stars is for the freshness of their items. We bought a chocolate bar, proceeded to eat said bar and tore open the package to find a chocolate bar so old it had turned white, yes white. You know like when a dog's turd goes white from having been outside for so long, dried up and exposed to the elements? This was not a white chocolate bar either, it was crumbly and most of the bar was white spotted. I know there has been news stories about convenience stores and their lack of fresh products but at least lie to me a little. I don't want to open up disgustingly old products. read more

I went into the 7Eleven to get my lottery tickets and 2 bananas. This male employee started to harass me. I kept saying no I didn't want anything else and he kept saying yes you do. You want some beer or get some donuts & coffee so I held up the bananas & tickets and told him again no all I wanted was this. He then showed me a gun. Let me tell you I wouldn't send my worst enemy in there to buy something because of that fool being there. He has pulled this crap before, something needs to be done before someone gets hurt!!! read more
