Slowest service in Charlotte. Awful customer service. Recommend to stay away..............

Just moved back from out of state and I'm pretty sure I'm sick because of that. (I mean it could be literally anything- I went to a bar, I've seen family, climate change...) So I started feeling sick Monday night with a super scratchy throat. Tried to self-treat Tuesday and Wednesday with cough drops, mucinex, lemon ginger tea, and nothings really helped except the advil to reduce my fever. Anyway, I have to start a new job on Monday so I wanted to get checked out to see if I had bronchitis or something that would prevent me from going to work. Luckily the minute clinic is SUPPOSED to do walk ins! So I got there AT 8:30 on the dot so I could be the first one in and not around too many people. I tried to check in and their kiosk only gave me the option to schedule an appointment. I asked the lady in the white coat why I couldn't just do a walk in and she said "if the 9 AM appointment doesn't come in then we can take you." Im sorry... what? What is the purpose of a walk in then? We could've spent that half hour before that appointment checking me out but no. I asked a nurse-man why they opened at 8:30 then and he said "it's so we can set up". I'm sorry, but that is NOT MY PROBLEM. If it says your open then you are open, it is a huge inconvenience to any client who needs assistance. If you didn't get things done in the time allotted before you open, it sounds like you need to manage your time better. So I walk out bawling my eyes out because Im sweating, I'm flustered, and I'm sick and just want help. My husband goes in and (unknowingly) scheduled me an appt for the next day. So we go back a few hours later for my "appointment" at 10:40 and of course it's not there, so I just ask "can you guys take a walk in now or no?", they say yes and ask for my ID and ins. card. I have Tricare insurance thru the military, but I don't have a card. So I guess that meant they just could not help me because I simply didn't have a physical card and said I'd have to do out of pocket which is like $140 plus whatever else they want to add on for testing and crap. This is NOT the first time I've had issues with CVS' in the past, this is not the worst one I've seen, but needless to say, ALL CVS SUCKS and the minute clinic at this one is incredibly unhelpful. Went to the Fast med down the street and got care much faster and much quicker.

I've been to this CVS many times for both the minute clinic (a great feature btw) as well as the pharmacy itself.

Hopefully we can keep the folks at Yelp from merging the Pharmacy with the supermarket as they seem…read morewont to do. I don't understand why they can't be separate as there are multiple other supermarkets with separate businesses from their pharmacy. We'll see. This pharmacy is located inside the Publix at Southline, a relatively new shopping plaza along South Blvd. It has its own parking deck - two levels! - beneath the stores with separate elevators for the supermarket and the retail shops. The parking is free. We were here for our COVID vaccine boosters this morning, having made appointments online using https://www.publix.com/covid-vaccine. Not every Publix Pharmacy has the same vaccines and I believe that whether you're Team Pfizer or Team Moderna, you should stick to the same. The CDC is still working out the "mix and match" so you should do as your doctor recommends. As for the shot, the pharmacist did a great job despite the fact that she did not have a "helper" today. She was as busy as a single waitress working a Waffle House next to the church on a Sunday morning. Lots of hustle but still professional as she answered phone calls, prepared syringes and then provided shots. Yes, I checked the label before she did anything. Just to be sure. As for the shot and reaction, the injection site started off at 0.5 and by evening was a 3. I kept my hand in my pocket because moving the arm was painful. It was not a great night's sleep. The entire next day was a waste. I sat in bed, slept and dozed all day. At +36 hours, I was at 100% all good. Hooray, it will be 100% effective when I land in Germany in two weeks. Thanks, Publix Pharmacy. I appreciate you! [UPDATE: NO, YELP MERGED THEM AND I'M PAST ASKING FOR THEM TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES.] [Review 16130 overall - 3142 in North Carolina - 1635 of 2021.]

I could easily see myself coming here way too frequently if I lived in the neighborhood- as is I already visit nearly every time I am visiting friends in these complexes. I wish they didn't close the east door after 8pm and I find it interesting the self checkout by the Starbucks is not operational currently. Other than that, this spot has a good selection of food, brands and rotating weekly deals/specials. Plenty of parking and walkable from these nearby apartments. @azfitfoodfun

Harris Teeter in Fort Mill has been my go-to grocery store since a move nearby 6 months ago,…read moreespecially thanks to their Deli department. The staff there is friendly, quick, and always willing to help you find what you're looking for. They do the critical job of listening to the type of slices I want and complying. I also really appreciate their enclosed refrigerated sections throughout the store. It keeps the aisles comfortable, the products cold, and everything feels cleaner and more thoughtfully arranged compared to open‑air coolers you see elsewhere. I presume that there is also an efficiency gain for electricity usage which I can also appreciate. One downside for me is their Bakery. I appreciate a selection of freshly baked goods and find that lacking here. Another is their craft beer selection. It's noticeably limited compared to other grocery stores in the area, and it feels like an opportunity they haven't fully tapped into yet. A few more local or seasonal options would go a long way. Overall, though, even though I miss my Lowes Foods, it's a good store with decent service and a layout that makes shopping pretty easy to navigate.
