It was 10 people in line and I waited 12 minutes. I'm not complaining about that however, when I stepped up to the counter, the young lady stated the person in front of me was the last one before our break. It was just me and an older lady roughly 80 years old left and the time was 643. When we talk about customer service this is exactly what we think about. I wouldn't even consider it going above and beyond to have given me and the lady behind us our prescriptions, but they did not in the pharmacist was right there. This is why folks are leaving Walgreens and even having it delivered or going to CVS. My tip, do better!

It's so user unfriendly with no management at all. Walmart should be really ashamed of this store. First of all they should have small baskets as well if you need only 3-5 items. whereas here everyone has to carry the long Cart which not only takes up whole lot of space in an already congested store but is not worth the effort to move it around for 3 items. Second they have made most of the Billing counters Self Checkout which doesn't make sense. I can understand 1 or 2 self Checkout counters but here only a couple or more of them have people helping out with quick checkout. Also there should be a separate counter for people carrying less than 10 items so they don't have to wait forever for a mere number of items. Self Checkout counters get stuck many a times and no one is there to help either. The line keeps on growing bigger and bigger. I can keep going on and on but above are some primary points where they can really improve. I have noticed a lot of frustration from several customers including me too .This place needs a hell lot of improvements. I like Salmon here because they are fresh due to the way its packaged. Also mix of Kale and Spinach is a good one. I guess that's one they at least deserve one star.
