It's not just staffing issues, as medication refills are typically partial making it necessary to make 2-3 trips to the pharmacy to get the total prescription. This is clearly not an issue with staff, but management who is trying to have minimal staff to save money. I'd highly encourage everyone to move their prescriptions to Amazon and have them delivered. What was once an incredibly frustrating experience 2-3 times a month is now something I no longer think about and is stress-free. Their only drawbacks are shorter hours than the big stores, and they are not part of that (terrible) iPledge program, so if you need isotretinoin, aka Accutane, you'll have to go to one of the chains.
