I love CVS ordering online is quick and efficient, I love the coupons on my CVS app and the sales are good.

I'm don't even want to rate this because HONESTLY, the pharmacy needs to help and guidance of some kind. I've been getting my prescription there for as long as I can remember and as of recently in the past couple of years, they've been taking FOREVER to order my prescription. It had been going on 5 weeks that I haven't gotten a call or anything. I had to call them today to try to figure out the issue and they direct me to another pharmacy. I don't know if anyone else that has mediation for ADHD experience these same problems, because *fun fact* a lot of pharmaceutical companies/pharmacists/doctors have a unspoken negative opinion on stimulants as a whole and they don't think it's necessary for most people so they either don't order enough or don't order it at all. But I have been STRUGGLING, functioning but struggling while balancing a job and going to school 6 days out of the week. I would like my medicine to help me get more done and focus. But probably have to wait 5 more weeks. read more

I had my second booster today and I cannot say enough about the pharmacy staff. The process was quick and efficient, but in the short time I sat waiting for my shot the staff dealt patiently with a variety of customer issues and impatience. I was impressed. read more

OK, I'll say it - I'm kind of ticked off. I went to this store to pick up some Diet Pepsi, which was on sale at 3 twelve packs for $10. I go to buy six of them as that's about a ten day supply for me. I roll up to the cashier stand with my six cases and a package of dishwasher soap tablets. I hold up a single carton and tell the cashier I have six total. "I'm sorry sir, there's a limit of four items for anything on sale. It's a management decision." Really? So on one hand you're encouraging me to buy LOTS and LOTS of Pepsi products with the flashy "3 for $10" marketing scheme, yet on the other hand, "no, no you can't buy that many now!" with the silly rule that's in place. At least have a policy that is consistent with the multiples you're trying to saddle people with buying. Fortunately, the cashier charged me the sale price for the fourth case that I was "allowed" to buy. What a racket. I actually have my prescriptions filled at the River Forest CVS; it is a little further away for me to go, but is kept up much nicer which says something about how the store is managed. That's why I took my prescriptions to that store to begin with and after this experience at the Harlem Avenue store, I'm glad I did. Looks like I'll be going there soon to buy some Diet Pepsi on sale - hopefully the asinine limit policy is limited to one store. read more

I still cannot stand going in this store and the complaints for the inside hold true, but the pharmacy is the one bright spot about this location. The pharmacists are great -especially in the drive thru! read more

Without a doubt, the worst customer service of any of the area pharmacies. The only reason I was here was to pick up a prescription for someone else. The manager on site when I was there, Gilbert, was completely inattentive to me, even though I had already paid for my item and had stood in line for a second time to get a price adjustment after the pharmacy staff overcharged me. He was much more interested in helping other customers to pay. Apparently, CVS already had my money, and Gilbert, felt I should wait. I said to him several times that I've been waiting and that I wanted to be served next, but he waved me off, told me to wait, and continued to check out other customers. There was already a cashier helping me, but she was unable to do the price adjustment, so everybody was waiting for HIM. I am offended by bad service, and believe me when I say this isn't the first time I've experienced it at this store. I am asking that anyone who has had a similar experience, either with this CVS or any retailer for that matter, send them a message by not only posting reviews on-line, but by taking your business elsewhere. There is no shortage of businesses in this area, so unless you're bound by insurance restrictions, let's tell these companies that we expect good service and respect if they want our money to go to them. read more

I started coming here when this was an Osco. It has since changed hands to a CVS - and I was happy about that. I prefer a CVS to Walgreens any day - I always feel they are cleaner and better stocked with items I would actually buy. There are several downfalls with this location, however. The hours are short - I would really prefer a 24 hour location. Because of the shorter hours, I have HAD to go to Walgreens for prescriptions and what not in an emergency. The people that work here are not terribly friendly. The pharmacy people might be the most unpleasant, but the people working as cashiers are really not much better. I have never had a super friendly experience at this store. I will always keep going here, though. The location is great and, as I said, they always stock what I am looking for. Just wish they were a little nicer! read more

If you can avoid going please do! Terrible service, rude employees, unprofessional, and ignorant. Gave me the wrong medication (one that I had stopped taking for about 5 months and I did NOT have any refills left. the reason why I had stopped taking it!) went back to tell them they had made a mistake and if I could get my money back (about $60) and the CORRECT medication the pharmacist (lady w/ long blackhair) Said that "it was my fault!" and that she wasn't going to anything! what am I supposed to do with this medicine that I no longer take and her responce was "to just take it since I have it" I was beyond mad! One she had given me the WRONG medication instead of the one that I was actually taking and needed. Then I told her to give the CORRECT medication and she said NO that I had to come back the next week because it was to "early" and walked away without another word! read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would and I would also recommend driving to the Walgreens on North and Harlem for your needs instead of wasting your time entering this CVS. No customer service support when needed, machines are always broken, you will be waiting more than 5 min in an aisle waiting on someone to acknowledge you although there is a full staff available. Utter waste of time and energy. read more

I love shopping at this CVS store. Everyone seems so nice and friendly. One of the best experience that i got was in the pharmacy. I went to pick up my dads prescriptions. It was a busy saturday. I didnt wait too long. However, the girl who helped me (her name is Denisa) was really sweet. My dad's insurance wasnt working somehow. Denisa told me that she needed to contact the insurance company. I literally waited for 5 minutes and everything went perfect. She helped me and i felt so comfortable and welcomed by her service. read more
