My gas tank was nearly empty, so this Clarksburg Liberty was in a convenient location on the way to Frederick. There was a huge pothole upon entry that was full of water from a recent rain. I paid 3.39 for premium gasoline and filled up nearly the full tank. The gas station was not busy, there were plenty of pumps, and fueling was quick. This location requires you to punch in your five-digit zip code if paying by credit card, which I almost always do. If I were near the area and needed gas, I would stop by this location.

On the property is a restaurant (?) that's basically stashed behind the snack aisle. You have to kind of walk down a corridor and you end up in an open dining area. To be honest it feels like a set from the Walking Dead. If I had to make any recommendations to the management here it's to clean up the exterior and make it more welcoming. However, some really stink and implementing what Corporate asks. So when you show up with the 7-Eleven App flashing with a Free Coffee Award they look at you and say that is no good here, we have no idea what that means... That just stinks. However, that sort of thing has NEVER happened to me at this particular 7-Eleven. In fact, they are so friendly here. They have been staffed by the same people for many years, and they are happy and attentive to your needs. They always have lots of fresh coffee and they put you in a good mood when you interact with them. In a very important, but general note, I harbor a secret theory that in the DC area 7-Eleven bought the doughnut recipe from Montgomery Doughnuts. I grew up here, and, in particular, the Chocolate Glazed doughnut reminds me excruciatingly of the Montgomery Doughnuts version (long my favorite doughnut in the world). 7-Eleven has a great business model, and affordable, delicious food, that is probably really bad for you. Yelp does not have A business category for lottery hangout. It would really be helpful if they would label the price of their beer. I'm glad to find Antietam beer, especially the IPA which Has nice body, and outstanding flavor hops. Reminds me of the two hearted ale.
