It is not uncommon to call on a Tuesday for a refill, they tell you they will fill it that day, and suddenly it is 8 days later and you still don't have it. I have called multiple times about my compounds, only to find out they, "hadn't gotten to it yet." Their service sucks, and quite honestly, there is no excuse for it. I wish I could transfer my prescription to another pharmacy that is more organized. But their pricing is very good, and I am stuck with their crappy service.
