Not usually a line at pharmacy, and when there was a line, the wait is never long. The pharmacists are very helpful and friendly.

Do not attempt to get help by calling the store…read more You will NEVER get a person and the "phone assistance" is terrible. It (she) doesn't recognize what you type in and only gets half of what you say so it repeats. They have the worst phone service. It takes forever to get it to the point of leaving a voicemail. They say they will call back within an hour. Nope!

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to by a country mile. First off, as others pointed out, you…read morecannot EVER call the pharmacy. Its not possible. They have deliberately set it up that way to keep people from bothering the pharmacist. The system will transfer you to someone who says they're the pharmacist at your local CVS. This is a lie - they work in a call center. Try calling just to ask it they have your medication in stock. They always want your name and birth daye before they answer anything, and the answer is always "we don't know". Even other pharmacies can't get through to them to transfer scripts and they have a special private phone number to call. If you want to talk to anyone in the pharmacy you MUST go there in person. Once you physically go there the adventure really begins. It starts when you go in...the aisles are so narrow and filled with displays and junk that its hard to walk by other people. When you finally reach the pharmacy there's usually a line up the middle of the store and a row of chairs filled with depressed souls waiting on fills. Your scripts are NEVER done on time. Ever. Even when you get a text saying they're ready they won't be. Half the time you never even get a text. Sometimes they text that you need to call with more info before they fill, but you can't call. It doesn't matter how many people are working, there's never someone at dropoff. I've stood there for over 15 minutes and had staff look me in the eyes and ignore me. There's only one pickup line open no matter how busy it is. They have ipads at pickup now and staff will refuse to help until you "check in" (do all the work for them) on the ipad. I can't wait until half the staff is fired once everyone uses the ipads. The drive-thru is always backed up. The wait is so long its quicker to go inside if you can believe that. Some days cars back up all the way onto Broadview Rd. You can ring the buzzer all you want - it just makes them mad and you wait longer. Once you finally get someone to ring you out they take their sweet time and act like you're bothering them. They also allow people to pay for non-pharmacy stuff when they pick up, so you're usually stuck behind some mouth-breather buying a year's worth of groceries while picking up their meds. The main store isn't any better. I've been in there plenty of times when there's no one at the front registers, just a self checkout. The staff are stocking a shelf somewhere or taking a smoke break. One lady got mad that she had to cut her smoke break short to ring me out because I won't self-checkout. One time both cashiers were outside smoking, when I asked someone to ring me out they told me I had to self checkout or wait until they were done smoking. I left my stuff on the counter went somewhere else. DO NOT go here unless you're prepared to wait a long time and be hassled.

Unfortunately, my experience did not produce the results I had hoped for. I remained on the same hormone dose for approximately 15 months with little improvement in my menopausal symptoms. When a saliva hormone test was finally recommended, it revealed significant hormone imbalances. Concerned about my lack of progress, I sought a second opinion from a physician at Cleveland Clinic. The physician ordered blood hormone testing and explained that regular hormone monitoring--typically every 3 months when starting hormone replacement therapy--is important to ensure both effectiveness and safety. This approach and ongoing monitoring were never discussed or offered during my consultations with the pharmacist. After switching to a new treatment plan under my physician's care, I experienced more than a 50% reduction in hot flashes and night sweats within the first month. This improvement highlighted that my previous treatment plan had not been adequately addressing my symptoms. For women seeking relief from menopausal symptoms, I strongly recommend working with a qualified healthcare provider to develop and monitor a treatment strategy. Pharmacists can be a valuable part of the care team, but in my case, remaining on the same dose for 15 months without meaningful improvement resulted in continued symptoms and worsening hormone imbalance.

Target now sells Krispy Kreme donuts!…read more This Target is currently undergoing a renovation (May 2025). There are multiple challenges inside and outside. Few aisles inside are obstructed (by the cleaning supplies) and are being improved. The bathrooms inside are not fully functional. Family restrooms inside are open. There are several portable toilets outside. Starbucks is mostly out of order - no ice, and no food. Several areas of the store are covered in tarp. Just be aware of not the full Target experience as you're used to it. The store is still pretty well stocked. There are a lot of new fashions for women - cute summer dresses and pants. Swimsuits and beach attire is already out. You can also find a new Pride line. I was surprised to find last year's fashions in store. There was a dress on a rack that I bought last year, and a few other pieces. I was very happy with all the clothing sales. I purchased a very vibrant "Brasil" summer shirt for $7.50! If you're looking for summer tees, check this Target. I also purchased "Papaya" sweater for $28, and a few household necessities. Also of note, Target now carries Krispy Kreme donuts in boxes! I didn't know that's an option but it apparently is. Even in the late afternoon there were a lot of donuts left! Service at the store is pretty attentive. I was able to get quick help when I couldn't find contact lens solution. All the employees I encountered were very pleasant. Overall, if you can overlook the construction, it's not a bad shopping experience. There's large inventory here and better than average customer service.

It's a good thing that we weren't there to buy alcohol because, as the sign says, you can't purchase it on Sunday. This was a surprise to me, I'm from out of town. I guess this could be a problem if you wanted to serve mimosas at brunch. Plan ahead next time. Since I'm a Target Circle member, a nice employee told me it's Target Circle Week and gave me some popcorn. Clean store, well stocked, friendly people.
